neato educational gift
Ordered for grandson but ‘pen’ did not work. I missed return window as they were in the middle of a move. However, I was put in touch with the seller & they replaced the defective item immediately. Great customer service!

Quality not worth the money, used one month and now not working
This worked great for one month. The batteries died in the hand wand, replaced them and now the thing just blinks, will not work. Does anyone know how to contact this company? Items should last more than a month. I purchased in Nov, gifted for Christmas, started using beginning of January since we were out of town and it’s mid February and it is already not working.

Not worth the money
A little smaller than I thought it was going to be. It’s also a little glitchy sometimes. Overall a really great idea just needs to be better quality.
