I bought this Revolution Beauty loose baking powder as a gift for my wife, and she’s genuinely impressed with it. It sets her makeup beautifully without looking heavy, and the finish is smooth and natural. She loves how lightweight it feels and how well it keeps everything in place throughout the day. For the price, the quality is excellent and she’s already said she’d happily get it again. A great buy.

Affordable, and legit such a good powder!?!?! Love it so much recommend!! I love this powder as someone with normal to oily skin, but be careful not to use too much as it creases the makeup more so just dab the powder puff on your hand before using and it’s perfect for me!

I first bought this for my daughter, and after seeing how lovely it looked on her, I decided to try it myself, and I’m so glad I did! It gives such a smooth, soft finish without that heavy or powdery look. The texture is ultra fine and silky, so it blends into the skin effortlessly. I use it to set my makeup or just lightly dust it on when I want a fresh, natural look without going for a full face. It helps reduce shine, keeps everything in place, and feels weightless throughout the day. You don’t need much at all, a little tap of product goes a long way, so the tub lasts ages. I like applying it with a big fluffy brush, but it also works really well with a puff for more of a blurred, matte effect. It’s great value for money and performs just as well as powders I’ve paid double the price for.

Excellent. The blurring effect is amazing, especially for mature skin. So not overapply as it will cause caking.

The setting powder is okay, but it came without the black screw-on lid (shown in the photo), so if you pierce the plastic covering the sprinkle holes on the inner lid, the powder would spill everywhere in a make-up bag. I am having to prise off the un-pierced inner lid each time I want to use this, which is fiddly and difficult to do. It seems from other comments that I'm not the only one to be missing a lid, so it doesn't appear to be a one-off. Hence I have deducted a star for this.

First time to use this and it’s amazing. I get very glowy as a woman if a certain age. Just a dusting of this powder and it not only sets my makeup up, but stops me from perspiring too! I just feel I have a little shine on my face which makes my face glow. Very happy with my purchase !

Good powder, is good value for money, doesn’t work as well as some more expensive brands but is ok for day to day

I don’t actually use it to “bake”. I just use it as a normal setting power by just tapping it in with a brush. I’m 39 with fine lines and I have super oily skin. I live in Texas where the heat rarely departs from 108° after April and the humidity is always out to get you. My makeup lasts from 8am-8pm with minimal damage or assistance. I use Fenty pro filter soft matte as my foundation which absolutely will transfer and is not waterproof. She goes on nicely but she needs help. This is my favorite setting and banana powder but if you want my honest opinion she’s not the star of the show. For oily skin I MUST have one size alkalizing mattifying primer. Nothing else compares and I have tried ALL OF THEM. However, I do need my makeup to be transfer and waterproof so I MUST have one size on till dawn setting spray. Again, I’ve tried them all and nothing else compares. Zero settling in my fine lines, nothing will budge. Of all the products I use, this powder is by far the most affordable.

Ecco la mia recensione dettagliata: Packaging: La confezione da 32g è pratica e solida, con una chiusura ben sigillata che evita qualsiasi fuoriuscita di prodotto. Il sifone all'interno permette di prelevare la quantità giusta di cipria senza sprechi. Texture: La cipria ha una consistenza incredibilmente fine e setosa, che si applica facilmente sulla pelle. È leggerissima e non crea quell'effetto "pesante" o "polveroso" che alcune ciprie tendono a dare. Applicazione: Io la uso principalmente per il metodo del baking (cioè per fissare il correttore sotto gli occhi e le aree più oleose del viso) e devo dire che funziona perfettamente. La cipria si sfuma facilmente e non lascia aloni o macchie. Per un look naturale, basta usarne una leggera quantità, mentre per un effetto più mat e a lunga durata, si può applicare più abbondantemente. Performance: Quello che mi ha veramente impressionato è quanto prolunga la durata del trucco. Dopo averla applicata, il mio make-up resta fresco e intatto per tutta la giornata, senza che si formino fastidiosi segni di lucidità o che il fondotinta si sciolga. La pelle resta opacizzata senza essere troppo secca, e il viso appare davvero levigato. Adatta a tutti i toni di pelle: Questa cipria è traslucida, quindi non lascia alcun tipo di residuo o tonalità strana sulla pelle, adattandosi perfettamente sia a carnagioni chiare che più scure. Non lascia l'effetto bianco o grigiastro che a volte si può ottenere con altre ciprie. Conclusione: Senza dubbio, è un prodotto che consiglio vivamente. Per il prezzo, offre una qualità davvero alta e, considerando la quantità (32g), è anche molto conveniente. Perfetta per chi cerca un trucco che duri nel tempo e per chi ama avere un finish opaco e perfetto. La mia pelle è rimasta davvero impeccabile, e sono felice di averla aggiunta alla mia routine di bellezza! Se cercate una cipria che fissa il trucco, mattifica e uniforma il tono della pelle, questa è sicuramente una scelta vincente!
