This ink works great in my HP7645 series printer and lasts a long time. The price for the black and color ink combo is perfect. I have bought 6 combo cartridges from this company. However, this last set , both worked for a week and then the color ink decided to stop working and I followed all the steps you need to do with the printer and ink cartridge and nothing worked. I reached out to the support team. After a few conversations, they set me a new set within 3 days and received both black/color ink cartridge they both work. They also provide a return bag for your empty ink cartridges, and shipping it back to them is free. I will be sending all my previous now empty used ink cartridges back to the company. This is very convenient. I will buy it again for more!!!

I've purchased the Valuetoner 62XL Black and Color remanufactured ink cartridges multiple times, which tells you they generally work well, especially given the price difference compared to the name brand. For everyday documents and home printing, they are a solid choice, but there are definitely a few trade-offs to be aware of. Most of the time, I've had no major problems with these cartridges. They install easily, and my printer accepts them without issue. However, the quality is good, but not perfect. When printing in black, I can tell the difference—the text is a little muted and not quite as crisp as the original brand ink. If you are printing professional documents or high-resolution photos, you might notice this slight dip in quality. For school projects or general office use, it's totally fine. I also experienced one instance where the ink didn't seem to last very long, which was frustrating. While this was not a consistent problem, it's worth noting that the longevity can sometimes be inconsistent. Overall, however, the value proposition is pretty good if you prioritize cost savings over perfect, retail-level color saturation and crispness. So far so good but you should know that if you usually use HP printing ink, which I do, but you know with the economy, the way it is I figured I would try this other brand, but my printer wouldn’t even print until I used both the color and the black-and-white so just know you can’t Just use one. You have to use both by this brand or at least my HP printer would not print.

My HP OfficeJet 200 accepted these cartridges without problem. After they were installed, the display on the printer said that a cartridge with a previously used chip was installed. I see no difference in print quality compared to the genuine HP cartridges that came with the printer. I read an article that recommended that I turn off automatic updates on the printer if using a cartridge other than HP. The reason for this is that as HP releases updates they sometimes change what cartridges will work in the printer. Basically if the cartridge works when you install it, theoretically the same cartridge should continue to work in your printer so long as the software and hardware don't change. Changing automatic updates is easily done on the printer setup. I will find out in time how long these last. Value toner says you will get up to 715 pages per for hp 62 black ink cartridge and 475 pages per for hp ink 62 color at 5% coverage. Considering the small size of the cartridge I think this yield is good. A postage paid return bag is included so that you can recycle your old cartridges. I like this much more than throwing them into a landfill. ValueToner has my business!

Updated Review 9/11/25: I was contacted by the customer support team due to the faulty cartridge. I was sent a replacement that works with my printer and have since experienced no issues. The customer service I received was highly appreciated. I have changed my rating from one to five stars. - Original review: Does not work with printer. The printer keeps giving me error messages and says that there is a problem with the ink cartridge installed. I went to the store and bought genuine HP ink and it worked fine with my printer. Would not recommend buying.

I use my my portable HP 250 all in one for work a lot and am always looking for lower cost ink. These work great, compatible and last a while.
