Perfect for a 20' trailer
These replaced the the undersized ones that the previous owner installed just to say it was legal. Correct if it was a 6' trailer not a 20' 7000lbs capacity trailer. So now it's in compliance for what I haul.

Heavy Duty Safety Chain
I am pleased with this safety chain. I installed it as the safety chain on my 16' trailer, replacing one on there I thought was too small when I bought the trailer. The links were large enough spaced that I used a 1/2" diameter Grade A flanged bolt to fasten the link to the trailer. It possibly could have held a bolt 1/32" larger but the 1/2" bolt gave me what I was looking for. The 35" in length is from the end of the chain to the other end where the clevis and link meet the hook. The 35" does not include the hook so overall it's 35" plus hook length. Depending on your application the 35" may be too long since you don't want the chains dragging the ground. It worked on my application though. It's a major improvement over what I had.

Good chain for the right setup
Good length for a bumper pull, way too short for gooseneck trailers. Great chain, & hooks just wouldn't work with my setup

Hooked!
Good value for the money, It would be nice to have chains with weld on tabs as a kit but everyone has a different idea. The weld on bars are designed to spread the load out as apposed to welding a chain link to the trailer.. its far safer & wont break. The chains are a big improvement to match the trailer fully loaded & be safe.

Looks like a perfect item for my trailer work.
Sometimes the request for review comes before I can put the item into use- these went right into use- These seem to be a good product all the way around and perfect for my application. They were attached to my trailer project with- QWORK 4Pcs Red Painted G80 Alloy Steel Connecting Link, also purchased from Amazon. There seems to be a nice coating which may be anodizing, it would be nice if it holds up. The coating holding up is only as they looks so good now.....after all, they are trailer safety chains and subject to all that entails.
