This is a reasonably priced weighted vest. It's great quality, and it will last many years if you take care of it properly. 1) The metal ingots are good and solid, and fit snugly into the vest's mini pouches. 2) The weight is adjustable by 1kg increments in the form of cast iron ingots. 3) Comfortable. Weight distribution is very balanced. 4) You can perform push ups and dips with a compact weighted vest, and it's great. 5) Built to last. It's better quality than other weighted vests. I started with a back pack with a weight plate inside for calisthenics and it was far too bulky and uncomfortable, with weight shifting from side to side. This weighted vest is much better than other vests on the market. Gravity Fitness wins for me. I highly recommend it. 10/10

I had already lost a lot of weight before buying this. I purchased this to improve core strength and leg strength. Purchase was after much research. This one came up best. My usual walks just weren't feeling hard enough after weight loss. No matter how much I upped pace and distance. I purchased the 30kg vest as offers more flexibility in weight variance and load balancing. I'm shocked at how my strength has improved. I walk 5-6 miles 4-5 times a week carrying 15kg. I definitely get more out of walking now! Aim to get to 30 kgs eventually. The vest is very comfortable and fits perfectly. The more I use it, the more comfortable it feels. It has significantly improved my running (without the vest). Core strength has also improved. Just feel stronger. Build quality is fantastic. Velcro is strong. Get some looks as at first glance as it does look like a bullet proof police/special forces vest. Haven't used it for anything else other than walking (with the dog) yet. Adding removing weights it so straight forward. I would like some containers the same shape as the weights so that I can carry things with me. May try sourcing... Highly recommend this product.

Good things first: I just recently got it and only used it twice (for press ups and squats), but the vest seems solid and well made. It's adjustable and should fit most people - it has a strap you put around your waist that prevents it from moving during exercise. There were no instructions in the box on how to attach the strap, but a quick YouTube search solved this problem. The weight feels well-distributed as well, and metal ingots are much better than sandbags that some vests use. Now the slightly disappointing part: I ordered the 30 kg version. However, the vest is only 27.9 kg with all the weights loaded and waist strap attached (verified using 3 different scales). It might not seem like a big deal, but it's 7% less weight than advertised, which I think is a bit much for a product whose primary purpose is to be heavy. I do understand that it might require a lot of precision to make 30 weights of exactly 1 kg, but I'd have preferred to have the vest a bit heavier, not lighter - I can always reduce the weight if needed. I'm still giving it 4 stars though, and will update once I use it more.

Use this for step ups, press ups, squats and walking. I am not particularly a fitness addict so when I reached my goal of eg 50 press ups, I added weight instead of doing more press ups. It is well made and unlike many other vests, it allows addition or removal of weights, this means if you 'outgrow' the weight then adding more means you dont have to buy another vest with non removeable weights. It may cost more than a lot of weight vests but is the Swiss Army knife of weight vests and is well worth the money in the long run. Good fit, velcro is strong and I think it will last looking at the way it has been manufactured. Like all vests, dont expect it to be super comfortable from the off until your muscles get used to the weight.

I bought this specifically to wear on my working walks. I've lost 40kg this past year, and wanted to make my daily walk more of a challenge. I bought the 30kg vest thinking, well I've lost 40kg so wearing 30kg with be a easy. Not so. I've had the vest for 2 months now and worked my way up to 20kg. Fantastic investment. Comfortable. Easy to wear. Doesn't restrict movement. High quality material. Very well made.

The delivery itself was excellent and I received the product 2 days earlier than expected. The cardboard package itself was in great condition, without any damage. The product was well packaged, overall. Every piece was present: the vest itself, the straps, the iron bars. While the straps and the iron bars were undamaged, the vest had several punctures and worn areas at the front of the vest, where the pockets for the iron bars are located (see photos). One of the pockets even had a rip at the bottom (visible on the photos as well). This is unacceptable, as 150 euros (including 30 euro delivery) were paid for the NEW product. I will update this review after a month since its original publication and will share whether I received any response from their customer service and whether a replacement vest was offered or not. Update: I changed the rating to 5 stars. The customer service of the seller was very good and responded quickly. They sent me a replacement vest with all the accessories included. The delivery was fast and, upon inspection, no damage was observed either on the package or the product itself. All new and lovely! P. S. The vest is quite comfortable for exercising and fitness. I've only been using it for about two weeks, doing pushups, pullups, dips and various squats. I'm pleased so far. Can recommend.
