AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Training Notes 2019: Fast-track your exam success with the ultimate cheat sheet for the SAA-C01 exam

I purchased this as a supplement to an online course. I find this useful when I'm not online and traveling. Easy to pull out of my laptop bag and read or before going to bed. The material includes tons of facts and explanations of the exam objectives. Very well organized and it comes with some practice tests that simulate real-world scenarios. I find this book very helpful in getting a better understanding of all the nuances with EC2, S3, ELB, DB's and some of the other services that I have never used.

The book describe and explain contents with tangible and realistic examples; which makes it favorable for both advanced and beginners. The contents are organized in a logical way . Exam tips and Quiz questions in each section gives direction to the reader on how to prepare for the exam. Furthermore, this books is a relief for those of us who are tired of focusing on the screen in the work place and outside workplace. As a comment , it would have been nice if you increase the font of letters and include colored tables and diagrams.I hope you will consider it in the next publication.

These were very helpful. After I have a good overview of the AWS platform from watching a video courses on YouTube, I used this for quick clarifications of bits I hadn’t quite grasped. Also used his questions and answers book to test myself.

I used the training notes guide for my cloud practitioner exam. I have used nothing but digital cloud training products when studying for exams!

This book is packed with content, definitely not a book for a beginner as it lacks A proper introduction to AWS services. This is more of a book that you would purchase if you are already well familiar with the services, the truth is that this is just a book that you would utilize to cram as much information as possible. I was able to successfully pass the exam thanks for this book. Get it now, a wonderful piece of art.

I'm just getting started using this material and I have read a small section of it. So far, the pro and cons are below, I will update my review once I cover more section of the book. Pros: I really liked how the author summarized key concepts. In addition to listing and explaining briefly the fundamentals of each service, the author uses tables to summarize and compare between two or more AWS services or core concepts. This fits is my style of learning and it is exactly what I was looking for. Cons: The book needs formatting and quality improvements to make it inviting to readers. I noticed some typo errors here and there. The page design and layout is not appealing to read. Page margining, section title, Heading, subheading definitely need work to make it an enjoyable reading. It would be awesome if colors were applied on the diagrams. Most importantly, the book needs to have index at the end. Not sure why this book does not have index pages at the end. I will update my review once I cover more pages.

As the book is in a cheat sheet format it helped me to retain important facts before taking the examination. This is the right book to start reading a week before the exam to gain the tremendous confidence. I definitely recommend this book.

I ordered this booked based on recommendations from others that it is a great tool used to pass the SAA exam. It looks like it's loaded with good information and I'm just getting my training path started so receiving this book now was timely.

Fantastic study material. I don't just recommend it, I would say it's a must have asset for a solution architect for a quick reference of information. It's not a encyclopedia of each and every details but but what you get is quick guide to your questions easily.

This book gives you a great overview of all the important topics you need to know by heart to pass the AWS Solution Architect test. In addition you get access to an online test environment where you can answer a number of training questions. I definitely recommend it to anyone who's planning on taking the exam.

Having gone through another online self-paced training course on AWS Certified SAA course and been left somewhat bemused and not confident I really got the full picture, this course from DigitalCloud and Neal Davis provided a great framework and structure to understanding of the subject and fully prepared me for the AWS exam. Along with the Training Notes and Practice Questions that I bought as a bundle, they provided me with everything I needed to train myself and be confident I learnt and understood the SAA syllabus and content. The course is really well delivered and you are introduced to concepts gradually and with relevance, where the flow is easy to follow and you gain the knowledge in a pretty smooth transition. I would strongly recommend this course, the additional training notes and practice questions.

Great for review before passing the exam, everything you need to know in bullet points format. Previous edition had some formatting flaws (ex. page/section breaks, diagram missing) which have been corrected. I also highly recommend the Practice Exams from Digital Cloud Training website, the perfect combination for success!
