Great tool, make sure to sand the wood after
This made cleaning my teak so much faster than using scrubber. The wood does get frayed after, but just do some light sanding with a 240 grain sandpaper then it's all good.

Effective and sturdy
My teak outdoor furniture needs some elbow grease when it comes to a spring clean. This was very effective without falling totally apart. I should have worn gloves or uses a towel for protection when using because my fingers developed abrasions from the friction while using. Also not ideal for getting in small crevices. Overall, it was better than my last scrubber sponge and will use again for larger pieces.

Cleans everything. But watch out.
I used this on some teak outdoor furniture along with Star Brite Teak Cleaner (16oz) and it cleaned very well. It took all the dirt, pollen and mold from furniture that sits outside unprotected. It did, though, take off some of the original stain of the pieces. I don't know if it was more the scrubber, the solution, or a mixture thereof. In the end, the teak had an uneven finish, with some of the slats being lighter, some darker. Personally, I actually like it, as it looks more natural. I also used Meguiar's M4616 Gold Teak Oil afterwards. It brought back a nice golden glow. I would use all three products. Despite the stain issue, I think they worked great and am very happy with how my teak looks.

Worth it, if you want to accomplish cleaning in half the time
This is definitely worth buying! You will never go back to using a scrub brush again. Cleans in about half the time as a scrub brush. Starts out the size of 2 fat hamburgers. After you clean for an hour, it turns into the shape of a baseball. If this company makes something that cleans between the slats, I am interested.

This is a high end very durable product. Excellent when using on Teak and long lasting. I've used it on my 4 chair/table and steamer set 3 times now and it's still good for one more go around....
