L'Epicurien Confit of Lavender Flowers 4.4 oz.

We tried many floral jams at our tea party, and this lavender was one of the favorites. I was concerned on any floral jams that it might be "perfume-y", but the hints of a honey taste along with the subtle floral notes. Jelly is clear, with some flecks of flower bits. We served in this little jar, which was cute and provided ingredients for anyone that needed to read it. The jar is small, but was plenty for tasting on crackers at our party, as there were several jellies.

2nd order had lots more lavender & was delicious. It’s a bit inconsistent, sometimes with a stronger lavender flavor, which may be due to the flowers always good; but, sometimes superb!

I adore lavender jam, but have a hard time finding it. I must admit that I was a little bit nervous about ordering it from an unknown, but figured it was worth the risk at only $9. I’m happy to report that this jam tastes exactly like I wanted. I’ll definitely be ordering this again!

Slight lavendar taste, no noticeable flowers in it.

I had no idea that lavender jelly would taste so fabulous! I bought it for a tart recipe that called for either lavender jelly or dried lavender. I opted for this--and now find that I am enjoying it on toast in the morning. What an elegant addition to my breakfast!
