I usually order these cultures in bulk so I can use them over the entire year, but I order from another source and the expiration date is much later than from when I purchased it. THIS one expires in less than a month from when I ordered. It’s already 3 years old according to the package. A lot of culture will go to waste if it actually expires on the use by date…
