OK so this item is what you see. Bought this for a fancy dress evening. It fits on the lower arm ok but so tight up the top of the arm. My partner fits medium tops and this was very tight on him. If you do purchase I suggest wearing a shirt with either short sleeves or with the arms rolled up as when you wear a vest top it looks silly at the top the colour of it definitely doesn't match skin tone. It did what it needed to do but not 100% the best item for size.

Fairly convincing - from a bit of a distance!
Bought for a fancy dress outfit - didn't want a whole pack so nice to be able to buy just one at a reasonable price. Wear with a watch to cover the end and a short sleeve t-shirt to cover the top and is pretty convincing! Subtle colour helps.
