VOLUME REDUCED
The media could not be loaded. The product is nice and children enjoys it; but the volume dropped within a day. No way to increase the volume, no brochure for guide. I gifted to my granddaughter of 3 years during her visit to India; after her return to USA, she always complaints that the mobile is deffective, no way to increase the volume. If the volume is normal / high then the kids can only enjoy. I request the manufacturer / seller to look after my complaint and so that in future the kids enjoys the product and never complaint about the product to their parents otherwise if the volume can be increased, the product is definitely a nice toy for kids.
