Love this steamer! In addition to all of the fantastic attachments, it is also one of the few I've found that actually uses STEAM to clean. You need to let it sit powered on for 8-10 minutes I would say (and use a higher-voltage-load breaker...It trips the lower ones really easily/trips breakers running other appliances consistently). Really that would be my only complaint, and that's really more on this apartment than the product. Works great on carpet or laminate/tile. Was able to get cannabis resin/wax? off of the floor from the last tenant after trying everything else! Super super versatile item. If you're considering this vs something else, I strongly say get this! I have had this for several months and use it all the time (especially when my infant has a really messy food day) and it is so much easier than scrubbing endlessly! Nice and bright so you can't misplace it :D

I like this steam cleaner. It comes with alot of steamer parts, and is designed to keep most all accessories on board. It works great on any solid surface and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The only draw back, it doesn't vacuum up the steamed surface dirt. You have to have a mop and bucket or use something to wipe up the dirt. So that is an advertisement in itself, as it works great, produces hot steam in a short period, roughly 5-7 minutes for a full tank. I looked for a steamer and there were many to choose from but I chose this one based on the description, design and the number of accessories it offers with the price. It is compact enough to store in a small space, but I purchased a bag for the complete machine and accessories so we could keep everything together and store it until needed.

Joy of steaming So far I've steamed my shower stall and laminated kitchen floor. Very impressed for the money. Easy to assemble, didn't need constant refilling at all, produced plenty of steam but did not saturate the floor, did edges well and stored away easily. The pad used to clean the floors was interesting and efficient. Only a small area displays the pad once the securing pads are assembled. It is washable but I believe I would have preferred a terry 'baggy,' apperatus for a greater cleaning area.

This is a steam cleaner- no soap- no chemical, just really hot (215º+) steam at moderately high pressure. DO NOT get a body part in the way!!! We've had a bad year where I live. Too warm and too wet-- the perfect habitat for a bumper crop of fleas. We have two very environmentally friendly little dogs who brought company home for dinner!! Our dogs were dinner! We bought all kinds of powders and environment-friendly toxins with little improvement. We are Sr. Citizens and two of our daughters even came an cleaned the carpet and vacuumed like crazy. Our 82 and 76 year-old bodies just can't do that kind of constant work. So--To win this battle the life cycle of a flea must be broken. Research showed me that a steamer can kill fleas in all stages. Sorry for the tome here but-- This cleaner is easy to use. My injured back can handle it. It kills all stages of flea development. It is easy to pull and not awkward. The hot steam has enough force to get into the nooks and crannies of our 90 old house. I also tried it on my stove, OH MY! And my sink looks much better. I keep finding more surfaces o try this!

I open the box with high expectations. Read the instructions thoroughly and then put the unit to use. Once the unit was fully warmed up and generating steam I noticed the handle near the trigger switch was getting very warm. And then it got hot and started dripping hot water. After about 10 minutes of use the handle could not be held. The steam it produced was wonderful and cleaned the surfaces without any effort. However the hot Handle and dripping steam are dangerous. I’m very disappointed with this unit and will be returning it to Amazon. Buyer beware.

I bought this for the sole purpose of cleaning the grout in the floor of my 70s bathroom. The grout wasn’t maintained well by prior owners and was filthy and molded in some places. This steam cleaner is simply amazing! It’s cleaned all the dirt and mold out of the grout without me even having to use any of the scrubber attachments, something no grout cleaner I tried came close to doing. It takes a little bit to heat up, but once it does it produces steam hot enough to clean anything. I now use this on all sorts of things (tub, toilets, counters). I did try the floor cleaning attachment but I find my regular steam mop works better for flooring.

PROS: tank has great capacity, handlers are well built to resist heat so your hands don’t get burnt. CONS: the nozzle accessories are very cheaply made, they fall apart with the first use! This is the second one I get; the first one stopped working after about 2 years. I hope this one lasts longer!

This is a terrific tool, had a kitten with Ringworm and I needed to feel confident my home was maintained free of the fungus. After spending a bundle to disinfect my home this truly gave me peace of mind. We’ve been clear of Ringworm for weeks. The carpets continue to smell clean and fresh, as does my mattress and floors. It’s heats up hot and really gets the job done killing bacteria, mold and fungi. Great buy! I use it weekly.
