Downside: It took two of us to screw together...the bench comes separate from the back and side pieces...but the legs are easily screwed in. It took ten days to arrive, and we paid for expedited shipping. We feel like we wasted $18. There is a 13" line stain on our arm piece, not quite sure how to remove it, but at this point we do not want to return it. Upside: It is a lovely piece. The material is a soft, brushed fabric. It is comfortable, quite firm, and easy to move around. Not a bulky piece in the living room - nice addition. The storage area is a positive factor.

I have always wanted a chaise for my bedroom and this one did not disappoint. It is adorable. I currently store extra sheets for the bed in it. It is often used as a seating place when I am putting on shoes. The size and color match the room decor perfectly. I just love the design of it. It is definitely sturdy. We had a handyman put it together for us. Some of the bolts it came with were stripped. Luckily the handyman had replacements. Definitely worth the money.

This is a great fit for my bedroom. I love having my morning coffee here while I wait for my turn in the shower. I've always wanted a 'fainting couch' anyway, so maybe that's part of the reason why I like it so much. It also goes well with my decor. If you are on the larger side, I might hesitate to buy this though. However, if you're looking to fill a small corner of a room, this might work for you. Ps my mother in law says the cushions aren't comfortable (she tried it out when it first arrived), but I think it's fine. You can always put a fluffy throw pillow down to sit on, but I don't need it.

My kid loves it. It’s a pretty sturdy bench with a decent amount of storage for extra blankets. It’s small and kind of hard. I’m hoping it will soften over time. It’s small and the back of the arm is a little unsightly, but if you have it up against a wall it’s fine. It will be good to sit on while getting ready and a good place for my kid to lay on.

Loved the look and storage component but have to keep putting the end back on. It is being held together by two small tracks shown in pic and bolts in back. Bolt area no longer holds together and I am going to have to devise a work around or completely trash my investment. My cats still enjoy it even if I cannot use it to lounge on.

This is not really a chaise. It is a bench with a back and side arm. Make sure to read the dimensions before buying as it is not very big. It also is not very comfortable. I had a very hard time getting the arms secured as they kept popping off the rails they were supposed to slide onto. Also, the screws could have been about a half inch longer. Finally, this feels cheap and had a weird odor. I tried to cancel my order but they were “magically “ able to ship it the very day I cancelled. I tried to return it but I would have to pay the shipping to China. What a freaking rip-off. So I’m forced to keep an overpriced piece of furniture that is small and looks cheap.

This is inexpensive furniture and for that I think it's a fantastic piece. Yes it's a little short, but the dimensions are listed clearly and it actually fit perfectly in our space. It took a few days to get used to the look - it's low to the ground - but then it felt like it belonged. It actually opened the room up a lot because of not having a high back to block the view. I usually put together all of our furniture myself and this required 2 people and a lot of pushing to get the back attached. I really love the look of the material. And yes it is a little firm, but not uncomfortably so. The one down side for me is that the back top corner looks cheap if you don't have the back against a wall. When you attach the "arm" the back then attaches via velcro and that doesn't sit perfectly and just looks cheap. Ours isn't against a wall so it was bugging me every time I walked past. Fixed it by putting a throw over that corner, but something to keep in mind. Overall really happy with the purchase!

I ordered this chaise for a craft room to have a reading nook and optional additional seating. I looked on Amazon, Wayfair, and Home Goods before deciding on this one. The main reason I picked it was because it has a very slim profile. While I wanted to have seating, I had very little space and did not want the chair to be the dominant feature of the room. The package was delivered 5 days earlier than expected, so that was a win! It came in one box that weighed nearly 70 lbs. The additional pieces to build the chaise are located inside the storage section. The legs were super easy to attach, but the back and side were very challenging. They slide on (not smoothly) and then get screwed in with screws that are about 6 inches too short in you don't have it lined up exactly right. Then you Velcro the fabric to cover the screws. Ours also came with a random bag of screws that were not listed in the instruction manual, were not labeled with any information, and not needed for installation. I am thinking that maybe they were sent by accident, but who knows? The fabric is fairly soft. As a previous reviewer pointed out, this is intended to be up against the wall. The side is unfinished. The color is as expected (we got beige). The bottom is quite firm, although not uncomfortable. I am 5'5" and leaning against the back, my legs fit on the chaise. If you were too much taller, your legs might hang off. All in all, despite the challenge in building it, I am absolutely satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a slim profile chaise that will be placed on the wall and who has a strong person who can help build it.
