15 years and still the best one out there
Used this brand for over 15 years. I definitely tell the difference of when I use it and when I haven’t. I recommend using it. Has made a difference in my nails hair and skin. Never bothered my stomach. No taste I take it without food and I’m fine. Decent strength excellent value. More effective than using a Costco or pharmacy brand.

I started taking these about a month ago hoping they might help with my hair loss and give my hair a bit of a boost. I’ve been adding a few different things to support my hair growth, but I’ve really noticed a big difference since starting the biotin. The top of my head looks visibly thicker and my hair feels like it’s growing faster. My roots are feeling stronger and there’s definitely more volume coming through. I honestly didn’t expect to see results this quickly but this has turned out to be one of the best things I’ve bought.
