I have ALWAYS had rubbish posture - I have various theories as to why, which I won't go in to now, but I am well aware that I need to do something about it. I think I am ok when exercising, as I tune in to my body, but when I am sitting at my desk I quickly start slouching, a lot, and I don't even notice. It is well known that poor posture can cause all sorts of problems, ranging from muscle and nerve pain, impaired lung function, poor digestion and permanent damage to the skeletal system. Being in my mid-40s I know that if I don't address it I am in for big problems in my later life. I have tried various things over the years to correct it without much success, and then a couple of years ago a new device entered the market.... The Upright Go. It's a little device that you stick to your back and it tells you when you are slouching. Now, anyone who knows me knows I LOVE my gadgets, so it immediately caught my eye. But it wasn't cheap, and I was dubious about whether it would be any good as it was too new for it to have many reviews. It also seemed quite big and not that user friendly. So I decided not to buy it. Then at the beginning of this year I found they had released the Upright Go2, which according to their website is 50% smaller and lighter than the original. It also has: 30 hours of battery life per charge 1-touch sync with the UPRIGHT App Real-time posture feedback and tracking Gentle vibration reminders and muscle memory training Long-term habit promotion for a balanced body Easy touch adhesive keeps device in place securely It had also come down a bit in price, so I decided, what was I waiting for....took the plunge and bought it. It has a training mode, which builds up gradually and gives you real time alerts to help you stay in tune to your body's position, and then a tracking mode where you just try to remember but you can set 'long slouch' alerts. It's still early days for me as I am un-training a bad habit of a lifetime, so I get far better results when in the training mode than the tracking, but I can say with absolute certainty that it's the best thing I have ever bought to help with my posture and I highly recommend it. My physiotherapist was very interested and impressed when I told him about it and I was surprised that it is not well known, given how effective it is, so I feel a sense of duty to spread the word!

If you are very determined to have better posture than this product will probably help you. I personally found it a bit over sensitive and annoying with the buzzing unless I was in an odd an uncomfortable position. It is adjustable but I lost patience and only used it for a few days and gave up. If you are persistent then it may work for you. No qualms with quality just doesn't suit my lifestyle/personality.

I am writing this review after more than one month since I purchased the product. This is the BEST posture corrector by far as I have used other products but nothing can compare with this. I was in doubt if this was worth it but after the first day I knew for sure that is totally worth it. It feels like they reinvented the wheel, no kidding. Reasons of why this product is worth it: 1. is small and you can 100% wear it all day 2. is not hurting you like other posture correctors (they used to hurt me under arms after a day of using - total crap) 3. the battery last few days which is more than enough 4. the app that connects with the device is clean and intuitive 5. the adhesive that some people are concerned, is very good. An adhesive sticker I used it for 3-5 days but as they say it matters of your skin type. And to be honest it doesn't really matters anymore as they just released a Neckless for this device so you can have that one instead 6. You will get used with having the product in your back and will help you create the habit to stay straight As a conclusion, is definitely worth it and you should buy it and thanks me later for the feedback. Day One. Reminding me to keep my posture good. I'm impressed, this could be an excellent gadget. Day Two. Hmmm, why is it not reminding me? Oh, it;'s not there any more. It's fallen off and I've no idea where its gone. £70 gone in an instant. The potential of this device is excellent. Sadly the stickers that are supposed to last 3-5 days don't and because of this I made an expensive mistake purchasing this

At first I was very happy with this product. It gamifies posture control, counting the minutes you are upright, sets goals and shows you trends over the day and week. Great. But then there was a software update a week after, and it stopped collecting my data properly, and randomly turn off. When reached out to support, they told me it was an update bug and to wait for new update...but after a few weeks still no improvement. I think mine might be a faulty product. That's why I have to give this product 3 stars, as it was disappointing software.

This is a great posture tracker/trainer. It actually helped to improve a lot my posture when I am working at the computer. I have not seen huge improvements in terms of pain relief, yet, but I suppose those will come with time. The idea behind is that it will remind you to be mindful of your posture and correct it when it gets wrong. In this way, it brings you to improve also your muscles that support your spine. On the negative side is a bit pricy, but the quality of the product is exceptional in terms of battery life, build quality and sensitivity. The app is also pretty easy to use, simple and you can get started in using it in minutes. The visualization of the progress and the data could be improved but it still pretty good.

Il prodotto è una valida alternativa a chi vuole migliorare la propria postura ma non ha il tempo/i soldi per fare ginnastica posturale. Il dispositivo risulta piccolo, facile da indossare e molto comodo da trasportare vista la sua custodia rigida. La batteria dura all’incirca 16 ore, quindi non c’è bisogno di ricordarsi sempre di metterlo in carica. Dopo una settimana di utilizzo posso dire che sono molto soddisfatto. Unica nota dolente e che bisogna ricordarsi di non chiudere mai l’app altrimenti il dispositivo non rimane collegato e non tiene traccia.

Je trouve ce petit appareil très bien, il fait le job, il remplit bien sa fonction. Bien sûr au début c'est un peu délicat pour bien comprendre son fonctionnement mais ce n'est pas si compliqué que ça, Je le recommande

Skeptic at first but after 5 days, I can feel pain in my shoulder blades directly related to having correct posture. Sounds odd, but the pain is a sign to me it’s working and how bad my posture used to be. Even when I don’t wear it, the idea of the vibration keeps me with good posture.
