This product is exactly as described by so many best of lists! It was delivered amazingly fast, ordered at about 8 pm had it on my system by about 1 pm the next day. Snaps on easily and the material has a really nice feel, sturdy but doesn't seem like it will scratch or gouge your console. Has a "softer" plastic finish that almost feels like a thin rubber or silicon to me with the carbon fiber style areas on the back giving a little texture and grip. It seems like it would work with some thin skins if you have them installed but I can't say for sure, I would say yes though just my opinion. Joy-cons slip on and off perfectly and I actually prefer with the case on bc removing them before was kind of flimsy and awkward imo, now I have a stable handle and they just slide out. Slips into the dock easily and snugly, takes very minimal pressure to get docked, again imo with the case is a massive upgrade bc I feel like it docks more stable, especially noticable when switching games. Overall LOVE this product! Now to my little gripe and it's minor but significant, for all the protection and amazing design two things stood out to me: 1) The ergonomic grip design tapers off toward the top to allow easy access to the Joy-con and release button but this leaves the top half of the system to rest on the ZL/ZR button edges and the edge of the Joy-con itself whenever the system is set down, like I said minor but unprotected. 2) It doesn't come with any kind of screen protector, I know it doesn't say it does but just for all the protection you're obviously going for in purchasing this product, plus with this product specifically you're still going to be docking/undocking, why not just protect the screen?

I was skeptical about buying this for my Switch when I saw other people claiming it is hard to snap into the dock with it on. I watched Youtube videos about this before my purchase. I have no issue getting this in or out of the dock. Sure the Switch slides in a bit easier without it on but I still have no issue and neither does my 8 year old son. The only issue I get is I put the system in a bit off centered sometimes and it doesn't meet the charge port. But that can happen without a case. When taking thew system on and off the dock with this case it just feels a bit more snug. As far as the case itself well...... Pros: -Looks frikkin awesome -Feels great (better than holding just the switch) -Joycons slide in and out of the case without removal of the case -Solid build and high quality Cons: - It blocks the kickstand (which is a piece of crap anyway) All in all its great. You can buy a more reliable kickstand for it and just dock the system with this case on it. Amazon Basics has a good one. I also recommend the Mumba Pro carrying case for this. I recently bought my son a Nintendo switch and need a little protection for it. I also bought a second one for my nephews as thier switch had had issues with the controllers becoming wobbly or loose. I hope this will kinda help prevent that. The case itself is great quality. Sturdy, stable, looks nice, and is easy to put on and off. I like that the controllers easily slide in and out. I've read complaints about it not fitting into the dock easily. The older switch, yeah, fits a smidge more snug but in the end not really an issue. The newer switch had no issues docking. Mind you these are 4-7 year old docking this thing and they have no issue planning or removing it. They're rough with things to begin with. Over all I'm glad I bought this case. The only cons I can think of is that that because this hard shell is slightly bulkier it will not go into the travels cases. At least not the two that I have. Which means we do have to easily remove this case the place it into something else. Not a biggie though unless you're on road trips or take it with you everywhere. Secondly this case does not allow for the kick stand to be used. There is no cutout to access the kick stand and you will need to remove the system from the case. Which is easily done. Oh, yeah, the case does have a bulkier grip which the husband likes. It does well into his hands. And the kids don't really care about one way or the other.

Deze case maakt het vasthouden van de Switch met mijn grote handen een stuk prettiger. Helaas past hij niet met case in de dock zoals aangegeven bij dit product. Je zult hem er dus af moeten halen. Dat is niet veel werk en het scheelt dat het een buigzaam materiaal is waardoor breken vrijwel onmogelijk is (siliconen/rubber oud)

It's perfect—just make sure to select the correct model. All the cutouts align perfectly with my OG Switch V2. The only thing is, you need to apply a little pressure when docking, but that won't harm your device—it's just the resistance from the cover brushing against the dock.

Estamos encantados con la funda, es cómoda, no calienta la consola según juegas, da sensación de seguridad ya que sabes que está protegida en caso de caídas. Tenemos puesto cristal templado en la consola y encaja sin problema, y aunque también encaja en el doc para cargar, hay que hacer algo de fuerza por lo que la sacamos de la funda para cargar y sin problemas. Más que contentos.

Nothing to dislike a must for Nintendo users, fits unit perfectly, allows Switch unit and case to fit into Nintendo charging / docking station without issue. No operational issues on the Switch Joy Con controllers when fitted. Item extremely well designed, highly practical, robust, Switch and case and easily handled by me and four year old grand daughter. No need to remove from protective case. Totally recommended and worth every penny. 10/10.
