Much more comfortable than the cotton or regular cloth/quilted toppers you can buy which did nothing. This has softened up our Ashley furniture chime bed considerably. This product is still true memory foam so it's semi firm but has nice support. Hoping this lasts a while!

This is my 2nd Memory Form Topper! I have a Sleep Comfort Bed, which is Not Comfortable! My last topper is Amazing except it's to Much Foam, 3 inches & with a Spine Injury I can't get out of it without help, I have slept on my couch! I decided to try this Memory Topper! The word Memory should be removed! It is a nice, firm bed topper, made with quality! I am not ready to Give Up on this BT, due to the Lack Of A Proper Return Policy, so I ordered a Thick Feather & Cotton Comforter to Lay On Top of this Topper, hoping it will Tone Down The Firmness! I have to say this is the best of Everything I Have Bought over the last 20yrs, just a bit to Firm! I am taking away 2 Stars, one for inaccurate descriptions, due to it not having any Memory Foam, Firm Foam! And 1 star, since Prime would expect me to Box This Up Myself for an Exchange, IMPOSSIBLE! If you buy this & it doesn't work, your Stuck With It, Improvising! Arrived New, Set Up Well & Fast! Arrived Quickly! Thks k

I have chronic hip and back pain and this is a WONDERFUL product. Very, very comfy. I did not write the review when I first received the product because I wanted to use it for a while. After a couple of months I can say that I am a satisfied customer and will be buying another for my spare bedroom shortly. I will report that it is WARMER for sure, but after a couple of weeks I do not even notice that anymore, I just don't need as much winter cover as normal. My husband, which does not have any medical issues loves it to.

Didn’t like the pleated feel of the topper.

This is a great mattress topper, very comfortable to sleep on, but, most importantly, it is actually big enough for our Cal King bed, the first one we have gotten that was actually the right size. Everyone else seems to cheat on the size of the mattress topper to make a little more money.

I was looking to replace my 20 year old memory foam topper, and purchased this one because of the back pain relief claims. Bad choice! Ater 3 months, the foam is flattened where we lay, does not recover to full foam level, and my back is worse than ever. I would have preferred a refund to purchase something else, but seller would not approve it. Wish I had my old mattress pad back - it was better than this!

Great mattress and good seller. At first I made a mistake with the size, packed it, sent it back (in reviews where people cannot send the mattress back, they don’t know about the vacuum and packaging, unfortunately). In general, I am delighted with both the service and this topper (and I have something to compare it with!). The sizes are correct, the seams are straight. Highly recommend!

This thing is absolutely terrible. It will be going back. It is hard as a rock. Mind you I had a firm mattress to begin with. My mattress was a gift. I was trying to make it more comfortable. This did nothing to improve my sleep or pain. I literally woke up in more pain. Very disappointing. Believe the other bad reviews. They are accurate. Do not waste your money.
