When I first got it and took it out of the package there was a chink in the chain and it would not stay all my glasses my glasses were falling out of the slip knots. I'm very unhappy with this product

This is one of the pricier eyeglass chains on Amazon but worth it in my opinion. It has retained its color and shine since I got it over 2 weeks ago and I've been using it regularly. Very cute style, not too heavy, stays put and does not slide off. Overall very satisfied.
