The GE motion sensing nightlites work great. I use them in the bathroom to see at nihgt. . Even when plugged in off to the side, the light will sense motion and turn on. The light stays on for a good minute or two. It is not overly bright and comfortable. Another plus is that when there is enough light during the day, it does not turn on. I have other GE nightlites around the house that turn on and stay on when it turns into night and lights go off. Therefore, I expected good quality from the motion sensing lights.

Love these lights!! I don’t need to leave larger lamps on during the night. These are perfect night lights that come on automatically when they sense movement. Perfect for getting up in the wee hours of darkness and taking a stroll to the restroom or throughout the house. They stay on for a minute or so then turn off when motion is no longer detected. Perfect amount of light. I have these in every room and feel completely safe walking around the house without tripping on unforeseen objects in my path.

I highly recommend these motion detector lights. They do take a day or two to get used to them but they are perfect for those late night trips to the restroom or kitchen. They light the room at a nice level where you can see what you are doing without being blinded by the brightness of the room. These lights are also a great gift for elderly family members. I have purchased several 4 packs already. These provide some peace of mind that there will be light when needed. One thing I will say though is if you are still for a while the lights will turn off but a simple waving of the arms brings them back on.
