Whether you want more circumin or more aroma & taste
Because nutritionists say that Sri Lankan cinnamon has the highest curcumin content I bought it. But tge taste & aroma are very mild. The Indian cinnamon has a strong aroma & taste.

Their is no taste of cinnamon. Once you eat you feel some hay mixed in it. Totally waste of money.I wish o could send this product for testing in lab.
