Works very well

This is the best product that we have found that works on the ants that we have. Unfortunately, they updated their packaging and the new adhesive does not work!! The bait falls off the surface and makes a mess. We ordered this because it showed the old packaging, but we received the new one. The only way we have found this to work is if we add our own adhesive. Will be returning.

First of all, someone please tell me why star ratings are shown but when you click on them it says there are no ratings. As for the ant baits, apparently I'm an idiot because I can't figure out how to use them. If you search for an hour with a magnifying glass it tells you to break off the tab. The only tab I can see doesn't break off--even with a pair of pliers. I'm a big fan of Terro but these are useless to me. Evidently nobody else has an issue with them so I must just be stupid. Update: I'm kind of embarrassed I didn't think of scissors but apparently they don't work much better. I am at a loss as to how tiny ants could leap over onto the mangled mess that's left after finally managing to tear off the tab with pliers. I finally got the tabs off and tried to pry the openings apart and stuck them around. Ants haven't gone near them. I have used other Terro products and the poison itself works but these are really terrible and I'm disappointed that Terro is continuing to sell them without improving them--even though some people evidently manage to get them to work. Evidently, based on the reviews I should have read first, I'm not all that stupid. Maybe some of the traps are more user-friendly; otherwise I don't know how so many people appear to think they work great while so many have the experience I had. Update: Absolutely awful. Poured liquid bait all over them and still ants won't go near them. Now stuck to my walls. Biggest waste of money ever.

I liked the way all those little ants swarmed at the bait in very little time. They ate like pigs and that was that!

Terro liquid ant bait as a treatment for ants is actually quite effective. The design of this trap however is absolutely terrible. It’s designed in such a way that the opening cannot be twisted open with your fingers, or even cut with scissors, because the housing gets in the way. The holes around the body do absolutely nothing, and because the opening to the liquid is suspended in a useless plastic cage, the ants never happen across the opening to the bait. It’s a step backward - functionally and aesthetically - from basically any other ant trap housing. The liquid itself worked for me, so go ahead and buy another Terro product, but not this one. The fact it was ever released to the public is baffling to me.

It does NOT work at all. I had an exterminator twice but it did not work so I bought this as a friend suggested. Bad move. I am switching exterminators next season. Now I am back to RAID.
