Very happy with this non OEM replacement battery. XPS was 9 years old and the battery had swollen badly, so much so the lid did not close properly. Simple to install new battery and I now get about 5 hours from each charge which surpasses my expectation.

My Dell XPS 13 is now 8.5 years old, and when I first got it, the battery lasted about 8-10 hours, it was amazing. But the last couple of years, it had only been lasting 1 hour tops, rendering it pretty much useless. I bought a battery from Green Cell, which sadly proved not to be compatible. It seems the early 2014 XPS 13 had a different battery requirement to the later one, so finding one that worked was going to be a challenge. When I put this new battery in, my heart sank, as it did the same as the Green Cell battery, the laptop power up, but the battery symbol said no battery, meaning it would not charge, and was not recognised. I emailed this seller via Amazon, and they quickly cam back with a reset strategy, which just involved disconnecting the battery and holding power for at least 20 secs, to discharge the laptop. Then reconnect the battery and try again. It worked, the battery was recognised, and it charged up. I charged it fully last night, and today have been using it, and so far, it has lasted 6 hours and still has at least an hour of battery left. I am running it through a battery calibration, so that the computer learns how the new battery charges and discharges. So hopefully I'll get close to it's original life span, but so far, it is way better than the 1 hour I was getting on the old battery.

Correct battery for dell XPS 13 9333 model. Arrived in good time and was Pretty easy to install by following the dell service manual. Been using it a few weeks and it seems pretty solid; charged fully after first install and ran the dell diagnostics which reports a healthy battery. My laptop gets to live another year or two thanks to this.

New battery worked fine in my Dell laptop. Fitted well and no problems.

I bought this battery thinking it will be a good one since it’s Amazon choice... but when I fitted the battery, it would not hold charge. I tried full drain and recharge and reset battery.. but no luck

After reading the other reviews here, I bought this battery in March 2020 to replace the original battery in my DELL XPS 13-L322X laptop. After buying a T5 screwdriver and a set of precision phillips screwdriver online, I undid the screws and swapped the battery with no problem. When I turned on the laptop it worked right away and charged fine too. I'd recommend this battery - great price for a replacement battery. Follow-up in July 2020. The power very occasionally cuts out when my laptop is mot plugged in, even if the battery is not low on charge. This has happened 4 times in the past month. Windows 10 cannot repair the issue and it's not clear why it's happening. The Dell is seven years old now, so presumably a non-Dell battery isn't going to work well.

Laptop giving a message of a non-Dell battery and will not charge it. What is work around? Otherwise I will return the battery.

This battery must be faulty, keeps dying after 30mins not impressed.
