Although the first one was a lemon, the seller reached out to me and try to fix it. It could not be fixed, so they send me a second one free of charge. That scale is used frequently for the last three years, and specifically for suitcases, as we travel a lot. It’s been absolutely wonderful and exact on the weight. I am very happy with the scale, it is easy to work with. Battery is great, but it reminds you if you forget to switch it off. Folding for storage is super convenient. All in all it is a great scale.

got this to weigh my dog as he grew - its large enough, he learned to get up there and just sit or stand real quiet until I get the numbers. Its nice to be able to keep an eye on his weight - way better than picking him up and trying to stand on the scale and do math. and this prepares him for a weight at the vet. (I put a textured rubber mat down and tare before he gets up there, so he doesnt slip around

One star off because this scale came with no assembly instructions. While it’s not exactly rocket science to figure out, I accidentally dropped the button panel because I didn’t realize there was already a cable connected inside the unit. Also, the feet are poorly made and feel very low quality. That said, the scale itself works well and feels heavy-duty. I still recommend it for weighing heavy eBay products—especially if you run an eBay store like I do.

This scale is great to weigh your luggage before leaving for the airport when travelling. Since I bought this scale, I have travelled several time without bothering to check my luggage weight at the airport because I checked them at home to make sure they are withing allowable weight for the airline. This is great for because my family member don’t need to wait for me check my luggage to ensure they are not taking any thing back home

The battery is very good. I never charged for this since I have it. It is an excellent scale. It can use for luggage or overweight people. Very good quality. The platform is not smooth, giving a better grip on whatever you are weighing. I have nothing at all bad to say about this product. Very inexpensive for what I received.

A real mess, exactly after a month I saw that it didn't work one day. It took me a long time to figure out that the wires were disconnected from the inside of the device, I had to fix it because I didn't have time to buy a new one. I connected it with difficulty, but after two weeks the battery died. I had to pay a third of the price to buy a battery!!! This mess only lasted two months and now it's just taking up my space. It's useless. You can buy this on other sites for a third of the price.
