I have difficulty with my hands and fingers, but these scissors make it easy to cut my nails, right or left-handed. Today, I discovered another use: fine sewing projects, even removing uncomfortable neck tags, letting me get into what needs to be cut without damaging anything else. They're very sturdy, sharp and pointed. I'm getting another pair for the sewing box.

If you're looking for high quality straight scissors in this size, this is the one. High stiffness, tight tolerance, high sharpness, and superior quality all around. About the only question most people who don't know scissors have is "Is it worth the price?". Yes, the quality makes a difference for any serious use.

These are excellent nail scissors. The design is easy to use for small and large hands and the blades are sturdy and sharp for precision cutting. Well worth the price.

IMHO only use for cutting fingernails. Difficult (and dangerous) to use for toes. They are very sharp at the tips which is a hazard if one is careless & pokes the quick of a nail or the digit as pain & bleeding will result. I can personally These scissors are a bit difficult to use if one has larger less slender fingers & can be a painful there if not positioned correctly. One side is equal to the other rather than one being oversized to accommodate the thumb comfortably. Still, I figured out a way to use them with less discomfort & like the design & sturdiness as well as how they can be successfully utilized for fingernails. High quality steel... should last quite awhile. :-)

The scissors are somewhat modest in size, but very sturdy and sharp - good for toe nails, finger nails and cuticles. Packaged neatly and securely, delivered when promised. Can't ask for more!

I have been looking for a pair of nail scissors that loose and low quality. Previous scissors either spread when cutting, resulting in rough edges or not cutting at all, or being so weak they can't cut thru the nail. This pair has a precision fit between the 2 blades resulting in a straight, sure cut. they are robust and high quality. I highly recommend these scissors.

I lost my previous pair of straight nail scissors from 3swords and I've noticed these newer ones are a step down in quality. The movement is sticky and the blades are less sharp!
