WILSON EZ Tennis Net

Mine is sagging 2 feet down in the middle. See my uploaded photo. It’s the 18-feet-long version. I don’t know if the defect applies to the shorter version. The marketing photo on the webpage shows the net taut & horizontal, implicitly for both versions.Wilson states on the phone that the sag is a defect they have been aware of in some batch or batches.They & all sellers should have been in communication to disclose that gross defect on all sales webpages.Buying this product stole about two days of my life, when i needed to be dealing with other pressing matters.Also, when i just wanted to speak to a product specialist, the support guy wrongly forced me to set up the product again, take photos, & submit a ‘Warranty Claim Form’ that is totally inapplicable to simply getting help. As soon as i was able to speak to a product specialist, the specialist recognized the syndrome & defect, even without forms & photos.Wilson has been incompetent & callous, a repulsive total failure, worse than nothing, harmful. The seller shares blame too.

Wilson products never disappoints. This net of theirs has a good quality and setting it up is easy as 1 2 3.
