Nordic Ware Original Bundt, 12-Cup, Graphite

This Nordic Ware Original Bundt pan is exactly what I expect from the brand: solid, heavy, and just feels like good quality the moment you pick it up. As someone who bakes regularly, especially for family gatherings and school events, I really like how evenly it bakes my cakes. The crust gets that perfect golden color while the inside stays moist, and the shape releases nicely as long as I prep the pan well. I have owned other Nordic Ware Bundt pans for years, and they have all held up beautifully without warping, so I am confident this one will be the same. It is not the cheapest option, but for how long these pans last and how reliably they perform, I think it is absolutely worth the price.

love this pan, it is sturdy, using it to make cinnamon rolls overnight with the frozen roll bread dough. only use non scratch pad to clean it! it will hold up for years I am sure.

This original heavyweight bundt pan is a real game changer! I love baking and have been using silicone bundt pans thinking I could turn them inside out to release the cake. After many years of having to freeze the cake IN the silicone pan and then turning it inside out and still some cake stuck to the pan I decided to spend the money and get the original Bundt pan and the best! The rest they say is history! After cooling the cake in the pregreased pan for 18 minutes I simply knocked out the cake smoothly! No more freezing cakes and no more sticking! READ THE ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS and prep the pan before pouring in the cake batter and do not use abrasives to wash it out! Warm water and dish soap does the trick!

I needed 12 cup Bundt cake pan and I received it within hours of the order. The pan has good weight to it, and it’s not flimsy. Graphite color is nice, no scratches. It does have some sharp edges here and there, so you’d need to be careful. Especially around the middle/tube part. I used two cake mixes to make a marble cake, and the pan was too small. Luckily it didn’t overflowed, but it was well above the rim. So I had to bake it on low temp, for almost an hour and 15 min. It did bake good throughout, no burnt edges and raw middle, though. I used the recommendation to butter up and flour the pan, and it was easy to get the cake out and to clean it. A weird thing is, it arrived in just a clear plastic bag. Not even gray Amazon bag. See pics. So I gave it 4 stars as it bakes well and it seems to be of good quality, but I’m taking a star off for the size and shipping packaging. I returned it and I’m looking for a 15 cup pan now.

This made the best bundt cake! Cooked evenly and didn’t get too hot on the outside.

Replaced an older pan which some finish had come off. Happy to be using new one, cakes come out perfect!

Great quality. Heavy and well built. Perfectly non stick. I’m sure it will last a lifetime and will become a family heirloom. Just beware that a 12 cups size is large! An 8 cups size would have been more useful.. but it doesn’t seem that Nordic ware makes one.

Love this simple 12cup bundt pan ... for me is a must have for sweet or savoury bake for this size. With this I added 6 and 3 cups bundt pans to form a 3 tier cake for celebrative parties. I bake only for passion and a hobbyist for family and frenz - find Nordic Ware pans very good investment pieces ☺️. ♥️♥️♥️ from Singapore 🇸🇬
