Q: Would anyone kindly have info on capsule size pls? I have hard time swallowing.

The capsule is about 5/8" long and 1/4" in diameter. I actually take the capsule apart and just swallow the powder. My health care person told me it's more effective to take it that way.

This is a great question. A "vegetarian capsule" is the outer shell that contains the active ingredients. In this case, although the capsule itself is "vegetarian," the filling is not.

From the packaging, it states crab or shrimp
