Great dried catnip, good for toys and to add to cats food

My cats love Cosmic! The size of the jar will provide you with a lengthy supply of catnip. It's easy to store, due to the style of packaging and is good value for your money. I send a container to my son and his wife because they have five cats and their cats love it, too.

My kitty went absolutely nuts over this the day it came in the mail. He had about 10 lid-fulls that day. He had been using Ojos catnip before this brand, but never went this crazy for it. I gave some to my parent's cat (11 yrs) and he loved it just as much as my cat did. For some reason, my cat doesn't seem that interested in it anymore. He could sort of take it or leave it now. Maybe he overdid it the first day and had a bad trip :p He does however maul my fresh catnip plant every time he has access to it. All in all, I'd say this is a high quality product. Very aromatic. There are some thin, sharp stems, so try not to get those in your carpet. Attached video is of my cat with the catnip's lid-

We like to give our cats nip but all catnip is not created equal. I’ve bought some in the past that had little to no scent and the cats just walked away. Not with so with this catnip! They see me pick up the canister and they are right there waiting for their share. I also make little cat toys and stuff them with some cat nip and the scent seems to stimulate them for a long time! If a toy seems to be losing it’s effectiveness I just pop them into a canister with some catnip for about 24 hours and the toys are refreshed and ready for play.

All 3 of my cats love eating and rolling around in this nip. My little kitty is picky about nip, but she screams at me every morning for this one. She won't stop yelling at me until I give it to her. I think she's an addict now.

So I bought this awhile back and my cats loved it. When it ran out I bought some other ones, specifically ones that said they had a strong scent. I figured I would try other products and still catnip is just catnip, how different can they be. Some were very over whelming when I opened them. But my cats never seemed all that interested in the other brands I bought. So I had to go back and figure out which brand it was that they liked. I just bought this brand again, and they are all going excited again. For my three cats this is the only catnip they will accept.

Bought this thinking it would be better quality or that my cat would like it "more" than my other one (which she liked fine...I just needed more) based on some reviews. Actually I was surprised she is far less passionate about this one, I put it in a paper plate I leave on the floor and sprinkle some here and there. She actually leaves most of it in, that last brand I wouldn't see a speck left. She's only semi-interested in this one. Won't buy again, and will buy a different one and throw this one out. I want her to be excited not "whatever I guess I like cat nip..." when giving her a treat!

Phoenix, Mama and Mikey had almost no catnip left, so they asked me to order some more. I ordered Cosmic Pet catnip. They loved it!! Phoenix knows where I keep the container, and tries to knock it on the floor in an effort to get me to "get 'em stoned". They are so funny after they get their fill. Hissing, growling, smacking each other and lovin' on each other. Thanks for the great product!
