Looks like it should
This is just fine for a cheap hat for a costume, party, or kids to play with. It looks like the photo and isn’t falling apart after being used by my 3 year old for a few months. Saw a lot of negative reviews on these style hats searching for my son, and I was perfectly fine with this especially for a less than $10 hat.

Good quality
Nice hat, but maybe a bit large for a child. It fit me fine as adjusted when it arrived. It can be adjusted a little smaller, but it would still be a bit large for a kid.

Exactly what I expected
My son wears this often, it is slightly big for his two year old head but most hats are.

Decent train hat ...
I bought this for our son to wear on a train ride, and it worked out well. At this price point, the hat was as expected. Pretty good quality, it got the job done for what we intended to use it for, and our son was happy with his hat!

Well made!! Fit my boy perfect. (10 yrs.) Hat is adjustable so it may work for a little youger.

Did not know if my granddaughter wanted to play conductor or engineer with her model train do I bought both hats. Both hats won her approval

Well made, kind of big
This is a well made hat and very cute. I needed it for my 2.75 year old and while it was big on him, there were enough snaps in the back that it stayed on. Now he has this to wear for years to come!

Lining isn’t secured
The fabric is nice but the lining wasn’t tacked or sewn in and kept turning out any time we the hat on our grandson. Fortunately, I have a sewing machine and was able to stitch the lining in. But certainly wasn’t expecting to have to do that kind of repair to a new item.
