It’s always difficult when buying online without seeing the actual products in person first, BUT we were so so happy with how this purchase turned out. The tap is very good quality, made of good quality materials and feels heavy and expensive. The water pressure is also so good and the mechanism is very sturdy and not flimsy which we have seen before with our previous tap that was already there when we moved in (different brand). Was also super easy to install! The colour is a gorgeous brushed gold, it convinced us to change all the handles in the kitchen to match the tap. Overall a great purchase and when we are ready to change the other taps we will defiantly we coming back!

Here I am 4 and a half years on from ordering this tap and despite it still being in first class condition it had developed a small weep from the ceramic cartridge. I spent a couple of days trying to find a replacement cartridge without success so then decided to reach out to the people I bought it from here on Amazon. When I looked at the original order I saw that it had come with a 5 year warranty although I really didnt think anything would come of it. Long story short I got a reply to say that a replacement was on its way and was very surprised to find that they had indeed replaced the whole tap and not just sent a new ceramic cartridge! Top marks to them in my book! Super service, an honourable company and a very nice tap to boot!

Really happy with this tap. Looks very stylish, lovely colour that matches my brass kitchen cabinet handles. Installed by a plumber about 6 months ago, very sturdy and works perfectly. Excellent value for money.

I like the design and the colors very much. It is very beautiful and very fashionable. With simple functions, it is easy to install and replace. The only disadvantage is that the metal rod of the switch will loosen if it is not tightened very tightly.

Can anyone help the bits flew off the end off the tap. What order do they go back in?

Looks so good , our plumber commented on what good quality the tap is. The Tap has been installed for about a month now and has been great i have no concerns and find it really easy to use has been a brilliant tap so far.

Very disappointing. The tap looks great but just over a year after it was installed it's leaking the same as a lot of other peoples taps are. They are cheap and I guess that's for a reason, I won't be buying a new one. It's going to be replaced with a more expensive and hopefully a more reliable tap.

Love it! Looks much more yellow gold in the picture but I wanted brushed brass to match my door handles and it’s almost like for like. My partner is a plumber and thought it was really good value for money we had seen lots of other similar taps for over £200. He fitted it easily and had no concerns about the way it is manufactured. Obviously time will tell as it’s only been installed for a week, but I’m really happy with the value for money.

Joli. Nous ne l'avons pas encore utilisé ... car notre plombier doit acheter une pièce différente pour la connecter / l'utiliser en Europe (elle est conçue pour être utilisée en Chine)

Purtroppo non è un buon prodotto. Si è rotto e non so neanche come recuperare i pezzi di ricambio

Wir haben diesen Wasserhahn für unsere IKEA-Küche bestellt, da dort alle Mischbatterien in Gold nicht lieferbar waren. Etwas das wir übersehen hatten - aber eindeutig unsere Schuld - war dass der Anschluss nicht der klassische österreichische war. Aber kein Problem im Baumarkt haben wir einen Adapter für 2Euro oder so gekauft. Verwenden den Wasserhahn jetzt seit über einen Monat, das einzige was mich stört ist, dass er sehr hoch endet und man sich dadurch wenn man zB Obst/Gemüse abwäscht selbst mit Wasser voll spritzt. Auf den Produktbildern ist der Wasserhahn auch mit einem tiefen Waschbecken zu sehen, deshalb bin ich davon ausgegangen das er dafür geeignet ist, würde jetzt aber einen kaufen der weiter nach unten reicht.

El grifo es fantastico. Tal y como muestran las fotos. La unica pega es que los manguitos que trae son de un diametro que en España no vale. Hay que comprar otros con un adaptador
