I do things I shouldn't, hence the pick kit. I have really bad teeth and these actually help me get some of the food between teeth prior to brushing (or after sometimes too). The plaque scrapers I haven't really used, but if I feel plaque building up, I will. Good price, delivery, and product.

I use these for Everything

I purchased this set because I was trying to scrap off battery acid from old electronic toys I had. I don't have good scrapping tools so I thought to use dental tools as they are meant to scrape off hard gunk in your teeth. The scrapper and hook-like tools did a great job at scraping the stuff off. My biggest complaint about this set is the fact that the caps for the sharp tools were fairly difficult to put back on. I have damaged the caps slightly due to this and even managed to stab my finger while putting one of the cap back on. Thankfully I didn't bleed but it was really painful (think stabbing yourself with a millimeter thick knife). I can't believe people are actually using these things to scrape their teeth. If stabbing your finger with these things by accident gives you extreme pain, the pain of stabbing your teeth and gums by accident with this thing must be unimaginable! The caps being not easy to figure out is, in my mind, an accident waiting to happen and I will likely recycle them. They are also a bit too fine for me for my purposes though I'm sure someone who needs to do super fine scrapping will have a use for them. I will save the paddle scrapper, mirror and tweezers though as they will very much come in handy for me. The case is pretty nice too. For those using these tools to clean their teeth and gums, you have been warned.
