Better for you? I don't know but
I like that this leaves a sweetness, though faint, that is present on the tongue whereas monkfruit doesn't have the sweetness that most desire when choosing an alt sweetener. Monkfruits' sweetness , imo, dissipates as soon as, possibly before the saliva or taste buds register sweet. Leaves the consumer wanting more. Not satisfying. Not good. Too much money to chase the dragon . Not for me. I don't know if this is healthier or better than other alt sweeteners. I'm familiar with the glycemic index since the 90s Barry Sears Zone era. So I know how to modulate sugar and macros and all that but Monkfruit for me was a waste and Stevia doesn't work in everything so Whole Earth Eurythritol is a nice alternative for different applications.

Strange Sweet Taste
It's a nice product. I bought it for it's dental benefits. It tastes funny compared to Xylitol, which is why I have it 4 stars instead of 5.

Good price
I tried but, I needed to use about 3 teaspoons. May be ok for other people using less amount. I think is better than other sweeteners. I choose this one because I been using stevia for long time ago and I read that stevia may cause son problem for people that suffer from IBS.

Does the job, hopefully accurately is a sugar that is naturally occurring, and safe.
I am just avoiding sugar in my diet to lose and maintain weight, but I have to have sweetener in my coffee. This type of sweetener is reportedly a naturally occurring type of alcohol sugar found in fermented fruit, so hopefully it is safe. I have been using Erythritol Sweetener for a couple years. The sweetness is less than real sugar, but there is no after taste. I find it does the job, and enjoy my coffee with it.
