Amazing how you can come across important discoveries later in life. You wish you had found a thing sooner, but you are grateful to have it in your life. This amazing product is one of them for me. It softens the edge when I feel overwhelmed; it settles the nerve-y frazzled feeling I get when obligations at work and at home spike. I'm sure there are pharmaceuticals that doctors prescribe, and for serious cases the drugs might be the only path. Cataplex G, for me, seems to just bring things down a bit without any side effects that I can detect. I remember the great comedian Bill Burr mention a few times he yells the memories away in the shower. I recognized the same behavior in me. The moments alone in the shower was a way to release the pressure, but, oddly, also a time when past memories bubbled to the surface. This product may not be for everyone, but if you are a yeller or mumbler in the shower, you need to look into this product. Along the lines of "it's not for everyone," you might want to look at the ingredients before you purchase. Totally not kosher. I find it intriguing that these ingredients were discovered to have beneficial properties in the first place. They seem to work very well in concert. Reading the other reviews, it's comforting to see other users report similar relief. A while back, I bought different choline and bacopa monieri supplements to address being mentally stuck and having difficulty mustering sufficient motivation to get projects finished. They didn't help, and choline seemed to make it much worse. Cataplex G seems to address that very thing. The weight of obligations feels lighter and mental blocks are easier to navigate around. I don't know the mechanism in play here that creates these results, but I'm very grateful to see the improvement in my mental clarity and my productivity.

I have been buying Cataplex G for the past 3 1/2 years. This is a product that I join with Cataplex B as well. The product has helped my husband with his heart failure when there are times when his heart beats to fast. I would recommend it to anyone who has an issue with rapid heart rate, it does work. Standard Process is a company that only uses natural ingredients, nothing artificial and the company has been in business since 1920. I truly feel that had I not found this item along with the Cataplex B, that my husband wouldn't be doing as well as he is today.

Purchased to get B vitamins we don't normally get with other complex B formulas. On the first night my husband and I both got wonderful sleep. Only have been using for less than a week so a little too early but as of right now there are no side effects and my nerves seem to be calmer.

This product is great for your heart. I had a problem with my heart pounding after I went to bed. I could not sleep until it stopped after awhile. Started taking Standard Process Cataplex G. 8 tablets a day and my heart has been behaving ever since. This vitamin B is great for heart support
