Great little socket. Works well but boy the instruction are hopeless. So here is a little summery just in case it might help someone. First take the glass front off the socket (use a small flat screwdriver and flip off via the tab at the bottom) swap with your old socket. You will probs have to change the back box for an extra deep one but if you have a plaster board wall. No probs otherwise if it's brick. Happy chiserling. Wire in socket. Really easy 3 wires just like a normal socket. Screw face plate to back box, replace glass front. All good. Now install smart home app. On the socket press and hold down the switch for about 7 secs. It will flash red. This means it's connecting to your Wi-Fi. Now press add device on your app and follow app instructions. All good. Hope this helps. X

A good looking socket which once set up works brilliantly. I have to say the instructions are woeful but once I’d figured out how to take the front off for installation (push out the clip on the bottom, rear side with a small flat head screwdriver) and figured out how to set up the app I was well impressed with the quality of the product for the price. I will say the box looked to have been previously opened so there is a chance on mine the main instructions were just missing.

Brilliant does exactly what i bought it for. Works flawlessly with amazon alexa. I went for this as i didn't want a smart plug hanging out of the socket then the actual plug hanging like 5 inches off the wall. Wish they done a doble socket as i woukd buy a few and if they have i cant find it The only little issue was getting to fit into an old concrete wall socket the space is tight but managed to get it in the end.

this is a good socket does a great job but when you are fitting it you need an extra deep box in the wall to make fitting possible

All good except the terminal screws could've been better quality and size.

Not 100% compatible with Smart Life (Tuya) App. The instructions advise you to install the Smart Life App, which is a great App that can be linked to Alexa via a 'skill', and this socket works fine for basic on/off operations, HOWEVER, if you want to use the 'Automation' functions of the app - say to automatically switch off after 10 mins or use the dusk till dawn option for example; you can't because the Socket doesn't show up in the list of devices to apply the automation to! Which is a shame.

Works with google great via smartlife. Very responsive and easy to set up.

The socket works great after it's been set up. There were no instructions on how to actually pair it. First you need to download the smart life app in the google play store, open the app and hit the find device, then hold the pairing button for 10 seconds and the smart life app will find the device. Dont do what I done for 30 mins, tried to find the socket with the alexa app.
