This tool is absolutely the highest quality. The cutting action is sharp and produces a crisp clean cut through wire. They work fantastic for cutting the tail off of tyrap cable ties as they cut flush. I liked these so much I bought the larger size too.

Bought to cut through 3/32 wire used on Leadseals Security cables. They cut through the wire easly. The cutters fit in the pal of your open hand. I will not use these very often but I am happy with the quality, the small size. I bought them because it has a place to put a keyring hook on them and hang them. If not for that, there are cheaper options at your big box store brfore the Rump tax kicks in.

Works great for light to medium cutting needs. Zip ties etc. Nice tool for the price. Retaining clip can be removed to make the jaws wider for cutting cat6

Great cutters for jewelry and soldering work

As an engineer, I am very picky. I like CLEAN QUALITY. I HATE most "flush cuts" that you find out there. Simply put? They just DO NOT CUT FLUSH. These are the VERY first pair of flush cuts that I have seen in my ENTIRE LIFE that actually cut FLUSH. They deliver a CLEAN, PERFECT cut that is PERFECTLY flush. I use these on EVERYTHING from velcro to zip ties to very small gauge wire. I love that they're small. They last forever. It's a very slim, clean design with excellent grip. They don't bend at all and they function in EXACTLY the capacity that you buy them for. Nothing more, nothing less. These flush cuts are BLOODY PERFECT. The only gripe I have is the price. I would prefer a reduction in price to $15-$17. It would seem more appropriate. But it's not really that big of an issue, I suppose. (FUN FACT: Look up the brand "Vampliers". There is no way that these two brands AREN'T made by the same company and in the same factories. But that's not an issue so long as they KEEP the quality they have exhibited.)

I cut wire ties and category cable regularly to install RJ45 connectors working in racks. I have been using the very good crescent 4” nips found at Home Depot for a long time. Same as the excelite. As usual going job to job I lose them once in a while and decided to search for something better. Looked at knipex, bought a few others that were quite pricey. I don’t buy cheap ones anymore outside the crescent. Wasn’t sure if this would make a nice clean straight cut as the top of the unit looks slightly curved. It makes perfect, flush, sharp cuts of 8 conductors of ethernet. It has an incredibly sharp cut and makes a nice “snap” instead of a “mush” of any sort as you cut. As good as anything I’ve tried and it’s $20. It’s pretty awesome. Handle has a nice feel, it’s got some nice give. Only 2 complaints: 1. While I actually like the black handle aesthetic, I want my tools neon. You’re working, you place it on a black rack shelf or the ground… you’ll never find black again. It’s the worst color for working in the field. Give me neon green or orange and I’m happy. 2. Working very close to some white walls or shelving, the handle touched the white surfaces and left black marks. Like the soles of a black shoe on a basketball court. I managed to get them off, but… my others never did this. These are minor complaints overall for a tool that just feels right. If you’re a pro, you’ll understand what I mean by “feel”. Many tools do the same job but your favorite one always feels good to use for a dozen reasons. This is one of those. I recommend. If someone from Engineer reads this, please put a neon stripe on the handle or offer another color. It’s too small and easy to lose. I can’t even find it in my tool pouch as easily. Anyway I bought two… because I already know someone else will find a free tool at some point. I had to put neon green heat shrink on these. You’ll see the photo of black handles versus green on something black. Inside racks it’s often dark, and all components and rack shelves are black. Please change the color.

Petite pince coupante de très grande qualité. Usinage super précis: pas de filet de lumière qd vous refermez la pince sans appuyer. Le point principal intéressant par rapport à d'autres marques de qualité c'est que la coupe est vraiment à ras. Il n'y a pas de petit chanfrein côté extérieur. Un autre point que je trouve agréable ce sont les branches assez minces avec leur revêtement. Je recommande !
