good torque wrench for occasional use
I don't know that this would stand up to daily professional or industrial use, but for the occasional user it seems good. I've used the cheap Harb0r Fre1ght wrenches and the heads will fail/break over time, not to mention accuracy is questionable. I needed to do a head gasket replacement and didn't want to trust that to a cheap tool. It's been over a year now and the head gaskets have held so I guess the wrench was accurate enough.

... torque wrench for a few years and I'm really happy with it
I've been using this torque wrench for a few years and I'm really happy with it. Compared to a tool truck brand wrench it is almost identical except for the ratchet head. As far as function goes it is just as smooth and easy to use as wrenches costing twice the price. Even my coworkers in the shop are impressed. I think the CDI brand gives you a great tool for a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone that wants a quality torque wrench for a decent price.

Best value for your money
By far the best torque wrench i own. You can feel the quality as soon as you grab it

Wrench was over-torquing.
Unit is over-torquing. Torqued bolt with known good snap on torque wrench to 22 ft lbs. Used this torque wrench and it turned and no click. Turned this wrench down to 17 and it finally clicked. Lucky I did not break the bolt or damage the aluminum block I was working.

Not bad but could be better
I've used this regularly for several years now for aircraft maintenance. Overall a nice tool for the money, although I find it bulky and not as good for tight places as others I've used. Ratchet head size is especially large, and lever to change rotation is often switched by accident due to it's size and the way it protrudes. The socket retention ball has also failed so sockets/extensions fall right off the end. Probably would not buy another of these, but certainly a decent tool for way less than the over-priced Snapon units. Consider buying the Precision Instruments PREM2FR100F, also here on Amazon, which is slightly more compact and at this time almost 40 dollars less. It has a range of 20-100 ft lb. I have it as well and have been pleased with it.

Tight-right
Have not had the chance to use it but, it is a good looking instrument, built with obvious quality and simple to set and read. The price could not be beat for such a tool. I hope it does not make me eat these words once actually but to use.

not snap-quality over priced. ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY?? Very dissapointed a CAPRI copy with plastic bottom
Over priced for the quality. plastic bottom do not care for. my dads 35year old Craftsman torque wrench much better quality and accurate torque. Buy a TEKTON Lifetime Warranty lower cost all metal. So dissapointed Not SNAP-ON quality at all.
