OK everyone...LISTEN UP! Are you tired all the time? Addicted to facebook? Constipated? Does your dog avoid you? Your husband? Can't get the energy up to cook anything because of brain fog? I know, I know, I'm probably a special needs case, and you all are brimming with vim and vigor. But, on the off chance that someone out there can relate to any of this, then let me tell you how MaryRuth Organics vitamins AND minerals have probably saved my life. I have suffered with chronic insomnia for over 30 years, and now I'm sleeping all through the night. That right there makes the products worth their weight in gold. My appetite was all over the map, yet I lacked the energy to even prepare a single meal for the last 3 years. That's leveling out, WAHOO! Each day I feel a little better a little more energetic and my laundry is all caught up. No more constipation, and my husband notices that I'm in a better mood. I feel nourished and tell everyone who will listen about this product. My roof was ok, so that's not an issue, and we don't have a dog, but, if we did I'm sure I could walk him/her now. What I'm most excited about is that this stuff really works! I can't say it will save your marriage or get your kids to toss out their cell phones and dance in the kitchen while helping you with dishes, but, they'll sure be in a better mood. We are a seriously malnourished world. Full, some of us, yes, but malnourished. Simply drinking these vitamins in a glass of water in the a.m. and slugging a nice, yummy gulp of coconut minerals before bed makes my body bow down and say, "thank you, thank you, thank you...now I can get better", which is not something my body was saying before, I assure you. And for the price? Oh don't even get me started there. This stuff should be sold to the rich and famous for 5 times the cost. .BECAUSE IT WORKS, AND THEY CAN AFFORD THAT HIGH PRICED GARBAGE THAT DOESN'T WORK.Now, like I said, it's probably just me, but I'm right a good portion of the time when it comes to whether or not something makes me feel good, and this stuff does and more. If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. But, if this is my one and only chance to sing the praises of this fantastic product, then pop over to their web site. I went on and on over there too, just in case there remains a shred of doubt about whether or not you should buy this. Do it...do IT...DO IT!!! Your brain fog will clear up or at least I hope it will. Mine has.

I've really never been one to take a vitamin regularly before. The tablets were either too big, or the gummy's too chalky. This though? delicious!! It's a bit thick, but if you refrigerate beforehand (& afterwards obviously) it goes down so much smoother. This one is my favorite flavor out of all of them. Now, has it made my hair grow? Definitely not more than normal, but it looks healthy and thick, so maybe it helped there in some way. My sleep quality hasn't really improved either, nor has my skin, BUT after taking this for about a year i genuinely do FEEL better overall - and that's what i was going for with this multi vitamin in the first place. This giant bottle is also incredibly priced. It's double the amount of product I was getting from the department store, but not double the price. If you're gonna buy it? Buy it from here. Trust it'll save you money in the long run. Also, I do think it helps with energy in the morning because the one time i accidentally took it in the evening- i was up almost all night. So it's a tasty, incredibly priced, trustworthy, effective multi vitamin, and I cant recommend it enough. :)

I've being doing some research on vitamins, trying to find the right one for me. I've used Centrum (stomach never felt right/nausea) and then tried more expensive ProCaps Labs by Andrew Lessman on QVC (potent but made me us the restroom too frequently). I've learned from each supplement I've taken doing additional research based on my bodies reaction, limited energy boost, etc. Centrum uses binding agents which never get digested thoroughly, many vitamins chemically created, and don't include potency of what you daily need. ProCaps no artificial binding agents, ingredients more pure, and high dosage volumes - but almost too many. Urine color is bright yellow color due to too high dosage level. Lessman is very knowledgable though and educated me on seeking more pure ingredients and processes. I decided on a liquid vitamin looking for ideal vitamin absorption. This product got very high reviews on Amazon, organic ingredients, and I liked what I learned about the founder's subject matter experience. I've tried it for a month now, just about to finish my first bottle. I will caveat, I had a nasty run of illness from late Nov through January (flu, turn cold, recover then cold again) so I needed something. Honestly, after taking this I did get an energy boost in the morning (take before breakfast) and feel it contributed to my getting the upper hand on my cold and actual recovery this time. My body needed a vitamin boost to recover. After a month, I still feel a little energy boost in the morning after this supplement. The liquid is thick, yellow in color, and tastes like a flinstones vitamin with hint of raspberry. Not awful, not wonderful, just something to get used to - which I did just fine. A little bit of an aftertaste so suggest a cracker or taking before you brush your teeth. My urine is bright yellow (not as bright as ProCaps) for the first two passages post taking the vitamin in the morning - so I question if the dosage is correct. May be passing that B12 before it absorbs in. It's very easy on the stomach and I did feel a slight energy boost from taking it. I toyed with buying the night time version (I have trouble sleeping), but wanted to evaluate the morning liquid purely on it's own. Only drawback for me, is I travel often for work on a plane. Can't bring this liquid with me, which I need to boost my immune system when traveling. Suggest considering single dosage bottles when the business hits that level of profitability where it's justifiable to try. After a month of seemingly success, I'm doing my own experiment and trying another whole food natural vitamin product highly rated on Amazon, in capsule form. I really need something when traveling. I'd give this product and company a try. I'd also suggest adding to your marketing where you can - boosting your immune system during a cold or aiding in recovering sooner. It really did help me.

I like it, super easy to take, no pills and taste great. I just personally needed more dosage, working on restoring my periods and fixing imbalances.-always see doctors for bloodwork etc when using supplements.

By far my favorite tasting vitamin. The taste of this vitamin is something I look forward to daily. I have tried many vitamins in the past but this one with it’s clean ingredients is perfect for everyone in our family.

My review is a bit two fold..... I originally purchased both the Morning and Nighttime liquid vitamins over a year ago for my sister. At that time she had just come home from pancreatic cancer surgery and was on a feeding tube since she couldn't yet eat on her own and was not tolerating the "crap" supplement she was being given. (at first she was taking the mass produced corn syrup supplement until we switched her to the only organic whole food shelf stable supplement called Liquid Hope which is amazing) Anyways, the first day I gave her MaryRuth Multivitamin in the morning you could already see a difference in her energy level during the day. I Never expected it to work that quickly considering how her body had been depleted for a few months. I researched different vitamins and didn't know which one to take a chance on but decided on MaryRuth based upon how it appeared to be created and based upon many different reviews. Each day I could see improvement in my sister and then when we eventually added Liquid Hope, "real food", to her regimen it was night and day leaps. After coming off the feeding tube finally 4 months later she continued on MaryRuth vitamins which I think even helped to support her during chemo treatments she endured easily for another 3 months after. That all started in May of 2015 and I just attended a wedding with her in July of 2016 and she was still on MaryRuth and doing SPECTACULAR. She danced more and had more energy at this wedding than I think anyone else there. I myself didn't try switching to MaryRuth because of an underlying medical condition that sometimes does not play well with calcium and Vitamin D - its called parathyroid hyperplasia. I have dealt with kidney stone battles for years as a result and have had parathyroid surgery to control the issues. After seeing how well my sister has done, and dealing with my own stomach issues, some perhaps caused from taking different types of supplements in pill form, I decided to give MaryRuth a try. If it affects my kidney stone production adversely I could always stop - but really it would be hard to be any worse than I get it at times. I find the vitamin setup very intriguing based upon the splitting of certain vitamins between day and night knowing that our body needs certain things more at certain times of the day/night when it is regenerating. I have now been taking them for just over a month and it seems to be having a very wonderful affect on me. Magnesium has been a critical part of my supplementation for a few years now, especially in controlling calcium. The NightTime version has a very healthy dose which aids in preventing leg cramps I have experienced for years along with other boosts for the body's overnight cleansing functions. As a result of the split in these essential supplements for the body, and taking calcium and D at the proper time for the body's use - it seems to be evening out my system. So much so that I am losing some weight naturally for the first time in years without even changing my eating habits. I still take other supplements such as Omega 3 that this does not provide but this has been the main change I introduced to my system in replacement of other individual supplements I had taken. I believe the logic in the division of the vitamins makes all the difference and it is something most of us probably never take into account. We take our vitamins in the morning and that is usually it for the day unless we know we specifically need to take something at night. But our body needs different things at different times to support it - just like sleeping since that is when the body does a good portion of its work - and that is why the nighttime version is important. So far so good is all I can say at this point. My husband began taking them also and I have noticed little changes in him too after just a few weeks. And this weight loss thing is astounding me right now - just a few pounds so far - but I can see how it can easily be tied to the simple logic of splitting certain supplements and giving the body what it needs when it actually needs it. Yes they aren't cheap to keep up with, and at first to take that leap to buy them at the price per bottle made it hard to decide to begin. But you can get a reduction if you become a subscriber through MaryRuth. However, if they begin to "fix" many of the issues your body has been having in supporting itself, it could be more than worth it in saving on doctor visits and overall good health, especially if it takes off some weight in the process. Naturally I can't guarantee that will happen for everyone, but it just happens to be my results at the moment. I am truly pleased overall.

(UPDATE after original review) Original review: I used one full bottle of this vitamin supplement, taking it daily, every morning. I adhered to the instructions included, and used the full bottle prior to writing a review. The taste is okay, but I don't love it. I add this supplement to my strawberry flavored protein shake and it really mutes the supplement flavor, so that solved that issue. It wasn't as sweet on it's own as I thought it would have been. It tasted like a vitamin glob with a bit of raspberry essence squirted in or something. Not terrible, but not something you necessarily look forward to. The reason I purchased this product is because I am always on the lookout for things that will help with my energy levels. This item received lots of positive reviews, and many of them made claims about increased energy and mood, etc. Also, the ingredient list included many different vitamins without being full of crap chemicals, so that's great. At any rate, I noticed absolutely nothing with regards to my energy or pep levels while using this product. I knew that it included B12 as my urine was fluorescent yellow every morning after taking this, lol, but that did nothing for my perceivable energy levels. Maybe my body doesn't process supplements properly? That's possible since I have a chronic digestive ailment. So, if you know that you respond well to B12 supplements normally, then this would be good for you since it's full of it. But if you're like me and you're searching for things that may not be realistic, like energy and vigor and a clearer mind, then you may want to keep looking. Update: After seeing that I was not completely blown away after using this product, the company contacted me to offer a refund and a substitute in its place. In my experience, it is rare to see a business that really pays attention and goes above and beyond to please their customers. So, yes, I highly recommend trying their products - it's clear, to me, that they actually care about what they're selling, and about their end customers.
