Helped my hormonal headaches and returned my cycle to 28 days

I’m not a holistic gal - everything holistic I’ve tried - didn’t work. I’ll keep trying things but yeah - no results - until this beautiful product. The worst parts of Pee Emm Ess and Peri are wonderfully addressed by this! I’m astounded. I will never run out - this needs to live in close proximity to me. I’ve always had heavy periods which meant heavy cramping, etc. Now for the last half year - I’m enjoying the boundless wonders of Peri, too lmao. Here I thought decades of monthly joy may have earned me an easy glide into to Men O Pause. Not so. This introduction - Peri - is already a wild ride. Now, I have double the fun of still delighting in intense periods that last for weeks then start again a week later and all the other blessings that come with peri. Awesome. Anyways - my biggest complaints with Pee Emm Ess and peri - are greatly reduced if not eradicated by regular use of this product. I super highly recommend this! Not the greatest taste but at least it doesn’t taste like straight up bitter meds like the last brand I tried. This one is sweet - to cover the natural bitter nature of vitex. Best I can liken it to is maple syrup or molasses flavor - just watery. NO ALCOHOL which believe me - is a beautiful thing! The brands with alcohol - I can barely choke them down. Anyways - I put the drops into about 2oz of water - drink it then add another ounce of water to get the last remaining drops - and drink it. It doesn’t taste great. But. I’ve had much worse. Totally worth it! Just throw it back and chase it with something if you need to. Don’t forget to brush your teeth afterwards. This liquid is super dark - don’t want to leave it hanging around in your mouth. Updated to add that I take this straight, now. Its easy when in a hurry - then I brush my chops and find relief in about 40-60mins tops.

My wife likes it. It helps with PMS, she's stopped night sweats, her sleep is much better now, and she likes the taste. Thank you for the great product!

At first I was a bit sceptic especially after reading the reviews on here that it does not state the exact milligrams of vitex, but then I read all the benefits of it and was very cautious with it not to cause any potential side effects. It turned out to be the only herbal supplement that does what is supposed to do especially with bringing back the menstrual cycle to normal and removing/stopping all hormonal headaches and hormonal imbalances during that time. It brought my cycle back to 30 days (it was previously down to only 23/24 days due to perimenopause) within 3 weeks of taking it and all the nasty hormonal headaches are gone as well. My mood has never been better and I am full of energy! I am currently on my 2nd bottle and have set up a monthly subscription, because this is truly a game changer for me!

Product arrived on time and I couldn’t be more satisfied with it. This product worked for me during the night the SAME day I started taking it! the only thing I dislike about the product is the dropper, only because it would be easier to have mL measurements instead of having to count out the drops. Other than that it worked the same day I started to take it and for that I have no complaints UPDATED!!!! Aug 1st 2022 The dosage is actually on the dropper it’s just hard to see because the vitex is a very dark color. I bought another because it has helped me SO MUCH with my cycles and acne due to hormonal acne. Take about half of the dropper every day twice a day IT WORKS FAST!

I was skeptical to buy this because I’m not sure if it is liposomal and what the actual dosage is- it just states 2ml. I took a chance to see if it would work for my needs, and it did!!! ( I can’t state those needs due to the rules). - do your own research. The value for money is definitely worth it. The taste is decent. It’s very sweet. I love that it is liquid. I highly recommend this product.

El Vitex es increíble, llevo aproximadamente 3 semanas tomándolos diario en ayunas (1 ml) y ahorita que me va a bajar no tuve los cólicos horribles que me daban y tampoco dolor en los pechos como solía tener, la verdad para el tiempo los cambios son impresionantes. Tampoco caí en la depresión de 2 semanas que suele darme en la fase lutea y en la del periodo. Sin duda si sufres PMS esto te va a ayudar. En cuanto al acné debería usarlo un poco más de tiempo para saber si ayuda con eso. Este producto me encanta porque no contiene alcohol ni otras cosas innecesarias. Me ha salvado.

Hice caso a los comentarios aquí y tomé 1ml (la marca está en el gotero pero está del mismo color que el líquido, vacía completamente el gotero y podrás ver la marca) durante un mes, me sentí muchísimo mejor. Luego hice 3 meses de reposo, y tomé 2ml diarios la segunda vez, es mi segunda vez comprándolo. De verdad ayuda muchísimo. Lo voy a seguir comprando cuando sea necesario. Se puede tener en el refrigerador. No sabe tan mal como dicen otras, yo ya hasta le agarré gusto de lo mucho que ayuda.

Ya llevo más de 1 año usándolo y si si funciona . Peeero tuve que investigar cómo tomarlo porque los primeros meses me lo tomaba como indica el bote (3 veces al día) y se me acababa demasiado rápido y no me funcionó, pero investigué y ahora me lo tomo en ayunas. Lo tomo así : En un vaso coloco un centímetro de agua natural y le pongo una toma completa de concentrado del vitex lo revuelvo y me lo tomo todos los días en ayunas . Espero les funcione mi consejo. Así si sirve, mi regla ya me regresó ( ya tenia meses que no me bajaba ) y ya pude también bajar de peso normal. ( engorde mucho por lo mismo de los problemas hormonales) y mi cuerpo poco a poco se va normalizando . Si lo recomiendo. ⭐️

Demasiado dulce pero de buena calidad . No he tenido problemas y me ha ayudado a mejorar mis hormonas
