X3002 Microfiber Wash Mitt,

Big, fluffy wash mitt! I haven't been able to use it on my car yet, but it's very handy for dusting and regular cleanup jobs, too. Very absorbent microfiber, bright white color so I can see what's coming off of surfaces, dries fairly quickly and is a lot of bang for the buck. I can't wait for it to rain so I can wash my car - it's been a long, dry summer, and I'm on a well with a very low level at the time of the writing.

This a high-quality wash mitt and, for the price, it is an exceptional value! The mitt is soft, very absorbent, and quite large (which is nice as it helps you cover larger surfaces quickly). It does hold quite a bit of water, so it will get a tad heavy after you've dunked it in water. I am a male who wears medium-sized gloves and, although the mitt doesn't fit snugly on my hand, I have had no issues with it staying in place. I have used it several times now and it has not slipped out of my hand once. If that is an issue for you, you may want to slightly grasp the inside of the mitt with your fingers (as though you're making a fist) and hold your hand in that position while dipping the mitt in the water. And, of course, I am sure that there are slight variations in size depending on the batch, so maybe I got a more tight-fitting one. Not only is this mitt very soft, but it also feels durable. I have already used it several times and don't foresee having to replace it anytime soon. Of course, the more often you use it, the more frequently you'll have to replace it, but if this lasts me a year, I'll be very happy (I wash my car once every two weeks or so and honestly expect it to last more than that). Also, as one of the reasons you're looking for a high-quality wash mitt is undoubtedly reducing the possibility of scratching the paint and finish, be sure to carefully inspect the mitt to ensure that you have removed all packaging completely (you don't want the little plastic pieces that keep the label attached to remain in the mitt).

Great washing mitt. It covers a lot of area and makes it quicker to wash without being so heavy. It's soft and holds a lot of washing solution. A little difficult to get the mitt itself clean because the microfiber, but that's what it is designed for.

After using several different mitts and towels to wash cars my whole life, I stumbled on one of these. I think it is extremely soft for a microfiber mitt, very gentle on my delicate paint jobs. I've never had an issue with it micro-marring anything, so I would imagine it does a good job at keeping any dirt that does inevitably get caught in it - off of your paint/clear coat. It's still good to take precaution with it and any mitt: Use an absolutely clean bucket, use a grit guard or something similar if you can. I usually run my hand through it everytime I dunk it (before and after), just to make sure theres no noticable hard dirt/small rocks, anything that could mar. Try to spray wash the car first to get off any thick dirt, and dont clean your dirty wheels then touch your car paint with it. Other then the above: it's a great cheap mitt that is the only thing I'll trust to touch the paint job on my cars, it's large and quite absorbent, it's machine washable, and should last you for at least a year - depending how much you use it.

The Meguiar's X3002 Microfiber Wash Mitt makes washing vehicles easier than ever! Simply place the wash mitt on your hand, dunk it in a bucket of water and soap, and you are ready to wash your car! I have used several different microfiber wash mitts in the past but this one seems to hold up the best, long-term. This Meguiar's X3002 wash mitt is very soft, and features a thick black band which loosely tightens around your wrist to keep the mitt on your hand while in use, unlike regular microfiber towels which can slip or may need to be gripped tightly. Like most microfiber products, it is worth several times it's weight in water - literally! The white color of this wash mitt creates a win-lose situation...while it is great to be able to see exactly how much dirt and grime you are removing from your car, it can be painfully difficult to get fully clean and back to it's completely white color. This is especially true if you are using it on a very dirty vehicle, or if you happen to encounter staining substances, like brake dust or grease. In addition, the soft characteristics of this wash mitt make it such that the wash mitt will glide smoothly over your car's surface without scratching the paint, but may also force you to wash over very dirty surfaces several times to ensure that you were able to scrub enough to get it fully clean. I usually wash this mitt with all of my other microfiber products: hot water, and a mild detergent. I let this mitt air dry after washing and it is usually completely dry within 24 hours. If necessary, I will also tumble dry it on a very low heat setting, but usually this is not necessary as the mitt naturally dries quickly. Aside from the discoloring due to some very tough dirt, this Meguiar's X3002 Microfiber Wash Mitt looks and works just like new, even after using it for several dozen car washes. For less than $5, I strongly recommend this product. 5/5 stars

Gant de lavage en microfibre utilisé pour nettoyer mon véhicule, rien à redire. C'est impeccable et exactement ce que je recherchais. Il n'abîme absolument pas le véhicule, permet un nettoyage facile et dispose d'une prise en main impeccable. Je recommande avec ce gant l'utilisation du shampoing Meguiar's Ultime Brillance et Protection. Il est de bonne taille. Concernant le nettoyage, pour ma part, après utilisation et afin de retrouver la blancheur et la propreté du produit. Je le plonge quelques heures dans une bassine d'eau bien chaude avec lessive et une dose de raviveur de blancheur. A l'issue, je le frotte et le fait sécher.
