This printer is awesome i love it ! After going thru 5 printers this is the best printer.

This item was a gift from my brother to me. The product came with high reviews and has been working very well since it was set up. Tech support was very helpful in actually getting it set up; however, there was an important issue to be solved before the set up could be done.The item was shipped to me without any manual, which I found odd, and the repair guarantee it came with proved to be expired. This led to questions, and days of emails and phone calls with tech support and my brother in order to prove that the sale and the 4 year support contract purchased were legitimate. Please look into how this error was made, and what might be done for it not to happen to another customer.

This printer is an absolute turd!!!! It's constantly going to sleep and becomes completely unresponsive when asleep. Even when awake, it functions, receiving print jobs wirelessly and actually printing about 5% of the time. The rest of the time is spent losing my mind in a fury. Two windows computers, 4 Macs and 7 phones/tablets. It's all the same. I feel Samsung owes me $50K in pain and anguish caused by this worthless heap of cow dung.

This worked well for several years (while cabled to iMac) and after we upgraded our WiFi, it worked for a while wirelessly.But no longer: now it won’t connect (fuggedabout staying connected, which is also a common complaint) Having to create an account with HP to access the unhelpful directions online is annoying, too.Lastly, I can’t believe the 2022 price for this! Ugh

Prints fine when it's available. Constantly loses WiFi connectivity. Often I have to use USB cable to bring it back online. Awful!

Keeps failing to connect to wifi. and Disconnects.
