Aluminium Water Bottle Original

This is just beautifully designed. It feels like something you want to touch and visually Sigg have hit the aesthetic perfectly - it is just a lovely object. Functionally it works well, it’s light and easy to open and I like the wide mouth. Others have criticised the slightly streaky finish, but I love it. I also like the moves to make this carbon neutral - aluminium smelting is a high-energy activity. My only pet-peeve is the label on the bottom (which, among other things, tells you not to insert body parts) which was difficult to remove. I used vodka, but WD40 would probably work. Why oh why do companies use adhesive which is hard to remove? Or why not just put the information on the paper tear-off label on the neck. Anyway, l love it.

I have been buying SIGG for years. They are excellent quality, easy to clean and no nasty smells as stainless steel. Expensive but worth it.

This was perfect for travelling when weight matters. A sturdy light can and easy to open and drink from.

This item is well made but not up to the job advertised. I bought this bottle because it takes supposedly carbonated drinks. Whilst walking the top blows off with a bang! and your clothes, bag or jacket is covered in the contents. So no it doesn’t take as advertised carbonated drinks.

Nice matt finish. Leak proof. This is my second purchase. No issues with water smell.

Great bottle but unfortunately it's has split for some reason. Not damaged or dropped just split. Bought 9 months ago. I have had many Sigg bottles and they last for ever. So am surprised

Yes, it does dent easily and you have to align the lid properly to prevent it leaking, also it's not cheap, but I love it's classic looks and enjoyed using it on a recent walking holiday in Switzerland.

Sigg have been making water bottles for close to 100 years in Switzerland. They have perfected the art of the aluminum light weight bottle. This one is particularly nice as the form is based on one of their first models. It looks very cute and the wide opening neck is excellent to drink from and easily accommodates ice cubes .I also like the little handle at the top . All in all excellent!

Flasche ist sehr leicht, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Sigg Flaschen. Der Verschluss ist sehr stabil und selbst bei Sprudel fast immer dicht. (Schütteln sollte man aber trotzdem vermeiden). Ich bin 100% zufrieden.

While not insulated, is keeps water cold for quite a while and quite cool for longer still. It also lasts forever.

Shocked by condition of this bottle. I saw a review that another customer received a bottle that looked like it has been dragged on the floor, this is exactly like that!
