Best game ever, and not that expensive. It is easy and fun to play for all ages. Seriously, I bought several of these games for family and friends for Christmas last year. Also high quality wood and dice, what you see is what you get. Keep the box handy to store the game when done.

I’m very happy with this purchase! We got the 6-person Shut the Box game (not the 4-person version), and it’s been a total win for our household. It sits right on our coffee table and everyone — kids and adults — just naturally starts playing whenever they walk by. The game is classic, easy to learn, and super engaging. My 5-year-old has even been practicing addition while playing, which has been such a bonus. It’s neat to see how he doesn’t even realize he’s learning math because he’s just having fun rolling the dice and “shutting” the numbers. The quality of the board and felt on the bottom is great. What I love most: Great for family game nights and casual play throughout the week. Easy to pick up for all ages — perfect if someone stops by and wants a quick game. Helps kids sharpen basic addition skills naturally while playing. Overall, this has been a fantastic addition to our home. A simple, timeless game that brings people together, encourages a bit of friendly competition, and is actually useful for learning too. Nicely built and the game is fun enough. It was a gift. They seemed to really like it but the packaging looked cheap, the design of the box and photography and graphic elements made the item look cheaper than it actually was. If I was the manufacturer I'd invest in a good package designer and photographer as your sales will absolutely increase if the visual shelf appeal was more premium. I been in consumer products for the majority of my life, I know this to be true.

I had never heard of this game, but after seeing that up to 6 people can play at the same time, I was willing to try it out. The boyfriend and I have 4 kids so us all being able to play a game at the same time is a huge win for us! Here are the things I love about this game: Fully wooden game board, so it will last us for a long time, maybe even forever. There is simple math involved so the younger kids are getting to have fun while practicing math. Its a quick game. We can play a full round in 10-15 minutes. so we can even play it on weeknights after dinner. Simple and easy to teach to new players. There are other ways to play so that it can be a little longer of a game (We haven't tried those out yet) Its a smaller board so I can take it camping without too much effort. It was very affordable!!! Things I don't love: The game board is a little smaller than I originally thought so we need to move it around the table for the shorter arms to reach the center. The game is that its mostly luck based, but there is a strategy for how to spend your rolls. Overall, we received the game yesterday and we have already played several rounds. The family approved, even the 15 year old! I recommend it

Fun game. We leave it on the table in our fellowship hall at church. It’s inevitable that someone starts a game and everyone has a good time and conversation. I recommend it.

They’re having so much fun flipping the tiles and rolling the dice, they don’t even realize they’re sharpening their math skills along the way! Well made, easy to learn, and fun every time. Love the game, the size and quality very nice. We have a bigger one that can play 6 people, this one is better made.
