I bought this Chi Swing after reading about them online. At first, it seemed too good to be true — but after using it, I was pleasantly surprised. This product really gets things flowing, and I feel great every time I use it. It’s simple to set up, easy to use, and delivers a noticeable difference in how your body feels afterward. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone curious about trying one. TL;DR: Surprisingly effective. Easy to use and leaves you feeling great after each session.

I ordered the product as new and from the appearance of the machine it’s not. There are scuff marks and what looks like grease on the machine. Otherwise I like the way it feels so far. Time will tell how it helps my body

A friend highly recommended the Chi Master to help get my lymphatic system moving. So I bought it on the strength of her recommendation and I LOVE it! I've had the same one for several years. It was a good investment and has more than paid for itself. It still works perfectly. All I do is lay on the floor, put my legs up, and about 15 minutes or so later I can feel the tingling all over my body and I feel relaxed. I find it especially helpful when doing fascia work on my thighs to remove cellulite. It seems to move fluid that helps my legs look smoother. That's a great benefit for the beach!

I bought this machine and use it everyday. I bought a new 'orthopedic' flat dog bed, cover with a sheet and lay on this on the floor when using the Chi Swing Machine. I use this for an hour (sometimes two hours while watching tv) & fall asleep while using. I feel more mobility and range of motion in my hips/legs and overall in my body. It's definitely improved my overall sense of well being. I use it at ankles, then move it to my calves, then under my upper thighs. (never under the knees). I combined the Chi Swing Machine (daily), with the Yofuly Electric Roller Massager (every other day) and the Dalwa Felicity Max Pro Chiropractic Massager (everyday). The progress I have made in this combined practice of application has been truly life changing. The heavy, thick feeling, swelling, & inflammation in my lower body (legs, calves, thighs) has been greatly reduced and my arthritic stiffness has improved significantly. The best part is no pain meds, no expensive massages, no visits to the chiropractor for adjustments. I really feel relaxed and yet like I did a 'work out' without hurting myself. I walk 3 miles 2 X's per week, chair yoga once per week and lift 3lb weights (15 mins). I stretch as often as I can (which is never enough LOL). However, being a little expensive, investing in myself and adding this 'practice' of self care (by using the Chi Swing (the main component), Electric Roller and Max Pro chiropractic massager has been life changing. I highly recommend.

Amazon asked me to rate on different aspects; pain relief, sturdiness, and ease of use. Well, in my opinion, if it causes pain, the other two don't matter. However, to be fair, it is. easy to use. You just turn the dial and it's sturdy as it doesn't rock. It just sits on the floor. So I'm old now. I'm 40 so maybe that's why I'm starting to have back problems. But I was hoping that this would work. But really, I was getting laid off and I needed to use my FSA money before I lost it. So I got this machine because it was within my FSA budget and I had only days left to use it or lose it. So in this regard, this is a very expensive loss for me, because it causes lower back pain I cannot use it, and I can't return it because FSA has rules like that. It's unfortunate because FSA is my money i've earned but it's pre tax, so it can only be used for health care items, and can only be returned to the FSA account and not exchange for cash or Amazon gift card. It can be returned back to FSA account, but that won't exist tomorrow. I'm so disappointed It's so expensive for such a colossal waste of money. You lay down, you put your feet in there. The ankles are a little bit uncomfortable. It's not terrible. You can control how fast it goes from turning the dial. After I did it, it feels interesting immediately after, but doesn't hurt the first day, the first use. The next day my lower back started to become quite acutely painful when I awoke. I used the machine four more times to see if it just needed to get broken in or adjusted to it, because I read the review that said it took her a week (however she thinks it detoxes her body, so, should in hindsight, maybe not the most reliable review. After 5 uses, my lower back is seriously painful right now. I can't use it and I can't return it, and I'm really upset about this. Learn a lesson from my loss.

My cousin had a Chi machine when I visited her. It was very well made and had an auto shut off (not a deal breaker). I should have asked her the brand, but hers did not have a variable speed which I thought was a plus for this one. I really want to like this, and I like the concept. This is not as well made, but perhaps hers was more expensive. The first one of these I rec'd for Christmas had a crushed core disk. Amazon sent a new one out immediately. The second one had a broken remote. I just think this particular style or brand is not durable. I'm afraid my grandson is going to break the remote on this one as it already sounds like there's something rattling inside...
