Good GF crust
This is by favorite GF crust to date. Although not as good as a regular pizza crust, it is better than a GF pizza crust from the supermarket or from a pizza parlor.

The best GF pizza crust ever!
We love this crust so much and order it in bulk. It is easy to make, tastes so much like restaurant crust, and comes out great EVERY TIME. Add a little rosemary and parmesan cheese into your mix and the crust is even more divine! Thank you Chebe

Very tasty
My teenage son loves to make this crust when he gets a pizza craving and it is one of the tastiest gf crusts we’ve had, either at home or at a restaurant. It rises a bit which is rare for gf and has a great Italian seasoned flavor. We buy this mix in bulk to stay stocked up since our local grocery store quit carrying it.

It’s amazing if you adjust it - read as follows
I have been using this mix for a decade. It is my favorite gfree pizza / flatbread mix. Unfortunately you cannot purchase it at local grocery store anymore so I buy in bulk online. After years of using it I have altered the recipe to make a much better quality and texture. * It is very STICKY dough - I use gfree all purpose flour to line my pan and use on my hands and board when kneading and rolling * It can be mealy if you don’t use a binder - I use at least 2 cups of shredded cheese in the dough to give it a more solid chewy and flavorful texture. I usually use a cup of mozzarella and a cup of Gouda. Occasionally I’ll use some cheddar. * It ends up thin and hard to roll the crust. - If I am making a pizza that I want a good crust I’ll use two boxes for one pizza * I bake just the shaped dough brushed w olive oil for 7 mins before adding toppings. If I want a sweeter sealed crust I’ll brush honey on it as well My favorite way to make this pizza is a fig prosciutto Gouda pie - add a cup of mozz and a cup of Gouda into your mix - toppings at Gouda / mozz mix, chopped dried figs, pulled apart pieces of prosciutto - bake until melted cheese and crispy prosciutto. - drizzle balsamic glaze and add fresh arugula on top if preferred. It is ALWAYS a party favorite ! And no one believes it’s gfree

Excellent to work with
I would recommend adding the cheese to the crust & insuring it is precooked enough for you prior to dressing the dough.
