My living room in my apartment has no overhead light so it gets very dark in there. I wanted something to make it more cozy but I generally find Christmas lights very tacky and did not want a normal string of white Christmas lights. when I first got these I just hung them down the wall, but we have low ceilings so there was about a foot of each strand of lights just hanging out on the floor. I was afraid my dogs would eat them so that wouldn't do. I ended up taking each end and stapling them to the ceiling with a staple gun. It looks nicer than just putting them on the wall and gives the whole room a cozy ambiance. My only complaint is that they aren't very bright at all so it really only helps with lighting the room at night. The remote works perfectly well but you have to be very close to the plug to make it change brightness or flicker. I also really like that the brightness does change because I put it on the lowest setting at night and my dogs are now willing to sleep out there instead of piling into my too small bed, when I had no lights they wouldn't sleep out there. Overall I consider this an excellent purchase and very much worth the 17$ I paid for them

I love these lights! I have them in my bedroom and they are awesome! They look pretty, they give off enough light to be able to see things at night when I get up but they aren't so bright that they keep me up either. Great price for an awesome product! They come organized so they arent tangled up, really good directions, and a remote so you can change the settings or turn on/off. Love these!

I LOVE THESE LIGHTS! I love to put them on at the end of the day when I finally get to relax and wind down. So pretty and calming

We bought these to put in our front window throughout the holidays and they proved to be my new favorite front window lights. I loved the ambiance they provided in our front dining room as well as the look they gave on the outside during the holidays. We had 0 issues with these lights. They worked well in our windown for well over 10 weeks, no issues what so ever. I have boxed them up and will take them out next year as well. I recommend these lights for anyone looking for some additional ambiance in their room. We also had them behind some sheer curtains, which made them beautiful.

They are absolutely beautiful. The white give away white light on my (white curtains) - wall color is sand color. The picture the seller provides shows the true color (looks yellowish on my cell phone pictures). I got 1 set to try them out and I want additional 2 sets for the other windows. Light intensity is just perfect to give some light without hurting eyes (very pleasing, non-invasive light). They are actually not too difficult to install and despite being string lights, relatively easy to untangle. The clue is to untangle the main string, hang the lights (I just hung them over the clips holding the curtain and tied at both ends of curtain rod), and then release the individual hanging light strings. The width is fine, but they are a bit too long for standard American windows. One solution is to tie them at the bottom, so that they don't drag on the floor (3 - 4 little LEDs are on each side - visual is good). May work if done on the top, but may be harder to do. However, the remote control sucks - particularly the timer. There is no indication which time regime is selected, and in my case, the timer memory seems to be not working properly. It works with the 24-h regime, but the other 2 time regimes don't work. The lights turn on and turn off properly, but the next day do not turn on again at all (they are supposed to turn on around the same time of day as set the 1st day). I just purchased them, so I can't comment on how long they will last, but they are cheap, so I'm not concerned about that that much.

These lights are very bright and have multiple options on how you want them to shine. They will go as fast or as slow as you want them to, or they can just stay on standard. I have them hung in my windows and I absolutely love them. The only thing that I am disappointed in, is that the remote doesn't work for anything other than turning them off. However you can do it manually off of the plug in. But if you want this with the remote be weary. However the lights are very bright and are pretty.

I purchased a set of the bright white lights and was happily surprised with how bright they are and how they are very much like the folds of a curtain. I set up the lights around my porch and they are bright enough that they illuminate the space fairly well without being a nuisance to neighbors. The lights are not heavy so they will blow around in a strong wind so be sure to secure them. My initial purchase was a test to see how the lights were and I have purchased another 6 sets to cover the entire porch. I will probably keep the lights up year round since they provide a nice ambiance.

I love these lights and have bought them several times in different colors for different occasions. Easy to put up and control works from inside the house so I don’t have to go outside and point at them to change the settings. I like the purple look for Halloween and the color was perfect for porch and to give the Halloween glow to my porch decor.
