As most older men my husband leaks occasionally. He likes the comfort, fit and absorbency of theses without bulk

I have accepted that some type of insurance policy was needed for incontinence especially following several spine surgeries over the past few years. I chose Depend lights mainly because of the brand familiarity in advertising. At this moment I am pleased with this product. The pads are unnoticeable under standard clothing. The design and fit allows for personal underwear preference and adjustment. I would recommend 2 or more pads for an 8 hour workday. This recommendation is primarily due to how much movement and physicality occurs. The only adhesive area is in the center so if you have an active job the pad will bunch and shift some. I would recommend the maker either add adhesive to the "wings" or a cross pattern. I still can't believe I just said that. In closing, when the time or situation comes you can trust Depend shields, I would buy more than what you think you need. Cheers.....

Great for drips and dribbles. Hardly notice I am wearing it. Wish I’d known about these before now. One a day is all I need and gives me great peace of mind!!

Don't know if this works or not because the tiny adhesive tabs that hold it in place stick to the ultra-thin plastic wrapping which covers the adhesive and the darn thing moves out of place when you walk. I would caution anyone who needs this not to buy it.

These pads are very discreet and have an adhesive so it sticks to your underwear but not skin. I'm 57 and never thought I would need these but they work very good. Small enough to fit in your bag or briefcase. They also come in a plain box so if your nervous about someone seeing them don't be. I am really satisfied with these and would recommend.

I need just a light pad and have used TENA Men's Shields for a couple years. They became unavailable for a few months so I had to switch to these Depend Shields for a long trip. Absorbency seems less than TENA. Odor control is less effective than TENA. The adhesive is VERY strong - sometimes difficult to remove. Overall I was quite disappointed. After my trip TENA Shields are now available, I've ordered a large quantity. I have almost a full 58-box of the Depend Shields that I will never use - they are going into the trash. Sorry Depend, your competitor has a much better product.

My 8 year old grandson has encopresis (involuntary leakage of feces). After trying many different possible remedies and failing, these pads (put with widest part to the back) have been a lifesaver for him. His underwear have mostly stayed clean and he can quickly roll up the pad and discard it in the garbage. Instead of 5 or 6 pairs of underwear soaking daily to get the feces and stains out, he can often wear one pair a day! Great self-confidence boost for the little guy! He feels good because these are made for men!

This is a wonderful product for men's hygiene. It's now one of my essentials. Let's not kid ourselves, guys. We all leak a bit after urinating. This product keeps my underwear fresh and clean without spots. It is very comfortable to wear, and molds to you from your body heat. Being dry all the time is wonderful as well as not worrying about leaking anymore. It even fits pouched underwear like Andrew Christian. It should be changed at least twice a day for maximum comfort. It is almost odorless, even after wearing for twelve hours. I would have used this product as a young adult years ago. Amazon pricing is the best and I will be reordering. Thanks Amazon and thanks to the inventors for a wonderful product that I didn't realize that I needed.

Useful for occasional small leaks. These are preferred to the Tena model. Adhesion is fine, but boxer shorts are not the best for keeping these shields in place: briefs or boxer-briefs work much better.
