I am pleasantly surprised by this product. The plastic it is made from feels sturdy enough to last for quite a while. The instructions are easy to follow and it is easy to put together and start using. Once everything is in place, the water flows silently, no loud sounds here, so that is a major plus. What I loved the most out of the product is that the stream of water is long, versus other units I have seen that have a very short stream and doesnt't really attract cats to the water. This one instantly attracted my kitties to it, some that are not used to flowing water saw this as the new monster, which I'm sure they will grow into it quite fast. My other kitties were ready to start drinking. Would definitely recommend.

I've had quite a few of these cat fountains. This one is truly quiet. It is better quality than any I have had before. It will be much easier to clean. The parts are simple and don't have sharp edges. It is super easy to assemble and take apart. The filter fits right onto the pump, which will probably help it last longer. It is the easiest to clean, best quality, best looking cat fountain I have ever had. My cats started drinking from it immediately.

Our cat refused to drink from it. It's well made, not sure why but he just would'nt go near it.

I’ve bought many fountains for my girls, looking for one that lets them get plenty of water to drink and keeps their water clean while keeping them fairly dry. This fountain did let them have access to the water for drinking; that’s the only good thing I can say. It’s so flimsy my girls could push top aside and get right into reservoir. It was always full of food and debris...I even found a little toy in there. My most water crazy cat was so wet while we used this fountain she smelled like laundry left overnight in the washer. The motor lasted only a week and a half. I don’t know about cleaning it because I threw the cute little thing in the garbage (fountain not cat) and gave it a funeral service with a few choice words for the makers of the junk and for myself for falling for the pretty pictures. Don’t waste your money unless you have a moment of stupidity like I did.

I had high hopes for this but it wasn't welcomed by my 2 cats. I found after leaving it for 2 weeks that they were drinking out of the old water bowl and not the fountain. Guess it will be a yard sale item!

Purchased this since I have two cats who seem to always be thirsty. It arrived quick. In the box it came with all the pieces, 2 different spouts and 2 filters. I love that the plug in actually goes into a USB charger. It is very quiet and light weight but holds a good bit of water. I have a cat that lovea running water over still water and I love how this fountain recycles the water and doesn't just pour into a pool to sit. I would definitely recommend this product.

One of the best cat fountains I’ve ever bought . Super easy to clean and hair doesn’t get easily clogged like others do . I’m only giving it 4 stars because the pressure is lower than I wanted , otherwise it’s perfect . Oh and it doesn’t make much noise !

This is a great pet fountain! Love the design of it, simple but much easier to look at than some other fountains I've seen. Goes with any decor. The pump is actually SILENT! the only noise that comes from it is the occasional drip of water and that's not a constant either. Overall love this fountain, definitely recommend!
