This works!!!!!
My 13y AF WAS picking and plucking which I was told by previous owner ( he needed to be rehomed due to the family moving) he has been w me for two months that he picks when bored - needs entertainment- depresses etc... so basically I got him bald on chest , legs, and partial back and some tail feathers..then the transition to my home made it worse... I work my after retirement job at a pet store where we sell parrots and supplies... I was immediately concerned he had mites and was concerned w my hand feed parakeets getting them .. but I was able to confirm there was not a mite issue.... and AFTER THREE DAYS FEATHERS were unrolling and new growth coming in and HE WAS DETERRED FROM PLUCKING! Two light sprays front and back daily!!! Just don’t miss a day..

Do not inhale!
This didn't work for us at all. Rather than stop my bird from picking, it made him worse. The spray irritated his skin so that he plucked even more. The stuff stays in the air after you spray, too, so hold your breath!

got it for my bird he likes to pick feathers he said it would stop him picking that much but it is working thanks for sale and the fast shipping

Be careful. My bird found the spray too itchy and she itched the spot bald.
I purchased this item for my Parrot who was being plucked by my second parrot. Sadly this did not deter the anything. It only made it worse. She started a small spot with broken feathers on the back of her neck. After 2 uses she is bald on the back of her neck. She itched the feathers off. I am guess she just had a bad reaction to the spray.

so trying to get all the areas that need spayed is not easy..
Used it now for a couple weeks, not sure if it’s working yet but will keep trying, I suggest putting something over your mouth when spraying as it’s strong and inhaling makes you cough but the bird dont mind it but he hates being spayed even with water, so trying to get all the areas that need spayed is not easy...but fingers still crossed that it will help.

Horrible spray
The sprayer doesn't work well to target where you want it to go. The pepper spray chokes you. And it doesn't seem to have the same affect as bitter apple spray did.

The odor is horrible
The scent is terrible can’t even stay in the same house with the bird much less the same room, hasn’t helped an I have almost used the whole bottle only thing seemed good was how easy to use
