Vita Sciences Migravent – Advanced Nutritional Formula with Magnesium, CoQ10, Vitamin B2, and Butterbur for Brain and Circulatory Wellness – 60 Capsules

I just can't say enough good things about this supplement!! I always leave reviews but I wanted to leave this one in particular because someone else may be suffering with rebound headaches or MOH in addition to their migraines and if you are, you should know that you are not alone and this stuff CAN HELP! I am a migraine sufferer who has tried many different natural supplements and none have worked. In addition, I was dealing with regular migraines which I take prescription medication for, accompanied by one or two DAILY rebound or MOH headaches, which are medication induced headaches as a side effect of taking Excedrin. I started taking Excedrin as a way to eliminate migraine and headache discomfort a little over a year ago. I started preferring Excedrin over my prescription meds whenever I had a headache or a mild migraine because it didn't make me sleepy like the prescription did. Basically, over time, I didn't realize that I was getting headaches whenever I didn't have any Excedrin Migraine in my system (about every 8 to 10 hours) plus a full blown migraine would happen a couple of times each week. This made me miserable and I had no idea what was going on. I began to do my own research separate from my neurologist, in order to take control of my own health. I also started keeping a migraine journal using an app on my phone, which ended up being a great way to track what was happening. Once I realized what was happening, and that over half of my headaches were rebound headaches, I started looking for something natural again. I wanted something to make it easier for me to get through the severe headaches and migraines while I was also trying to wean myself off of the Excedrin Migraine. I decided to go cold turkey away from the Excedrin and I immediately threw it in the trash. I changed my diet to eliminate pork and beef, decreased my dairy, increased my vegetables and stuck with only a little poultry and seafood for meat. I also increased my exercise, even when my head was hurting. I tried to do some type of physical activity since exercise has been shown to help. I began taking Migravent 3 times per day, one with every meal. I knew that I shouldn't expect results for at least a month but I was determined to try. Well, I had almost immediate results! I couldn't believe it!! In fact, I definitely didn't believe it! I started taking it on a Monday and I saw a difference by Tuesday. I had been off of Excedrin for 2 days and the rebound headaches were so bad at that point that I was becoming physically sick with nausea and blurred vision! But within 24 hours of taking Migravent the headaches were almost completely relieved! I didn't believe there was any way a bunch of vitamins could be doing that and I didn't want to get my hopes up so I was in complete denial. Well, it's day 5 and I have no doubt that this stuff is the best thing that has ever happened to me and my headaches and migraines! I can not stress that enough! I'm sure that the other life adjustments didn't hurt,but I honestly believe this stuff was the main key to my improvement. If you are suffering with migraines you honestly have NOTHING TO LOSE! Try this stuff! It doesn't always give me 100% relief. Sometimes it just reduces the pain. Sometimes I still have to take one of my prescription migraine pills (not 2 pills like I was having to take before), but it definitely makes a difference. I'm still weaning off of the Excedrin so the headaches still try to attack around the clock. And I still do take my prescription medication but about 80% less than I did before. Give this stuff a try and see the difference!!!! It's so worth it!

I have been suffering with migraines all my life and have refused to take prescription medicine until recently. My migraines were coming more than twice a month and lasting for three days with each episode. I finally broke down and went to my family doctor who prescribed me a common migraine medicine which as all migraine suffers know, makes you feel just plain weird without the intense headache pain. I took about 6 of the pills and started researching for a natural method of preventing and eliminating these awful migraines. To my surprise, I found this product on Amazon and noticed all the ingredients have been clinically proven to work in preventing, or at the very least, make them less intense. I started taking two a day with meals, in addition, to my regular multi-vitamins at the beginning of January. Since then, I had two migraine episodes lasting three days each in January, but instead of the intense crippling three day headaches and visual disturburances, and pain level of an 8-10, I was down to a 3-4 pain level. In February, I had only one migraine to date (it is now March), and the pain intensity was only a 1-2, however it did last 2-3 days. It was barely noticeable and I kept waiting for my migraines to get worse, but fortunately, they never did! I truly was a skeptic, and although a lot of the way I believe this is working might be all in my head (no pun intended), it absolutely 100% worked for me! I hope it continues to provide me with the same results or eliminate my migraines all together. There is absolutely no harm in using it and the ingredients are all either vitamins, and herbs, etc. The product is rather costly for a one month supply, but to virtually eliminate these migraines...IT IS COMPLETELY WORTH IT!

As a lifetime sufferer (44 years) of almost daily chronic tension headaches and migraines, I thought I would forever be dependent on medications like Excedrin, Fioricet, and Maxalt (or Imitrex) that just effectively treat the symptoms but don't prevent the headache. I have also tried numerous preventions meds (Topamax, Inderal, Elavil), none of which were effective. Something I discovered in the last two years was that drinking electrolyte water (SmartWater) seemed to help the severity of my migraines, however not always consistently. I finally went to a new neurologist and he recommended using Migravent 2-3 times a day in conjunction with Naproxen 1-2 times a day and I'm happy to tell you that in just 3 weeks of usage I've only needed the migraine meds (Maxalt) twice, Excedrin three times, and Fioricet zero times! In fact, I don't even need the Naproxen more than once a day and some days not at all. Migravent is a great product and has worked wonders for me! If you suffer from chronic migraines, you must try Migravent! It changed my life! I only wish I'd known of this product years ago!
