So, I've been losing a lot of hair over the last 6 months, it's been coming out in handfuls, especially since I had covid last October. I was a but sceptical at trying these, but I'm so glad I did!! They taste great, maybe a little too sweet but very pleasant all the same. After taking 2 per day for the last month, my hair feels healthier and smoother, and I've got new hair growth where I had thinning patches. I'm on my second tub now as I'm going to stick to this brand. I'm really looking forward to getting my thicker hair back. My nails are much stronger too 😊 Excellent product with real results.

Too sweet and unpleasant texture

These vitamins elevated my b12 to be too high, so I’ve been advised by my doctor to stop taking them. I would be wary for anyone else to take these incase the same happens to you. 240% of b12 daily intake is too high!! Idk why it’s necessary. Apart from that they made my nails the longest and strongest they’ve been, made little difference to my hair though. They do taste good but are on the expensive side.

I've Taken the Biotin Gummies 10,000mcg Highest Potency for nearly 8 weeks now . I purchased because my hair was falling out more then normal and thinning nails. I also take acid reducer which makes any normal body have a harder time absorbing vitamins. .. SO I have really noticed a difference in my nail growth and have noticed the ridges on my nails are growing out..Also My hair has started to grow back all over my head. I really didn't expect so much of a difference with my hair but I can see it . Although it has grown maybe 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch in 8 weeks it sticks out. I have very straight hair so you can really see the new growth which is kinda sticking out right now til it gets longer and can lay flatter. Just letting you know what to expect. This is my first time ordering this Biotin for hair growth. I can't tell yet if this is helping my hair but it's definitely making my nails grow. Yes, I will be ordering more. I like that they are gummy and taste good. I feel it's a good value for money.
